I am not getting power to the fuel pump. I have checked the pump relays(2) on the firewall. Is there another cause for this problem? I do have 6-8 volts to the fuel gauge!

Currently my van has 112k miles. Bought in Apr 1998 brand new 1997 Dodge B2500 V6 3.9L conversion van from Sunnyvale California Dodge dealer, mainly because Toyota would not take back my leased Tacoma 6mo early so I could buy a new Avalon, but Dodge bought me out of my lease early and paid me cash for the options I added as a trade. In Nov 1998 had leaky drips during rain from front windshield in middle top, very leaky rear passenger side behind wheel well, and moisture penetrating headlight on passenger side. Never found the cause of leaks in rear wheel well and still exists. Replaced windshield resolved the leaky windshield. Replaced Oxygen sensors at 45k miles, which I think it didn't really need, but had an error code about smog. Radiator leak at 60k miles and water pump failure at 65k miles, both replaced ($1000). Shocks replaced at 70k miles ($150). Tires wear out after every 40k miles. Fan blower resistor replaced at 75k miles ($15). Complete engine failure at 90k miles due to warped engine head due to water pump failure. Had Roseville Dodge replace the engine head and rings at 90k miles ($3600). Freeze plugs in transmission leaked and needed replaced as well at 90k miles ($650). Now, today, the transmission likes to stay in low gear when starting out cold for about 2 minutes, then after slowing down and cycling back to speed, it runs normal until you turn off the van and restart again later.
The sideview mirrors are loose and like to swivel inwards in the wind when driving (just need some sticky grease or glue in the joint I think) and the rearview mirror detached from the windshield which I reglued.
Suspension has been squeeky after about 80k miles, perhaps after loading and unloading a trailer.
Overall, I enjoy driving this van and it is very rugged and high enough to get over things. It gets over 500 miles per tank which is 25 gallons I think. The turning radius is very good for maneuvering in tight spots. I've had the original exhaust on without any issues. I'm not happy about the leak in the rear wheel well as well as other repairs needed prior to 100K miles. I used to tow snowmobiles up to Tahoe and back a few times a couple winters, so maybe the excess loading had something to do with this. I should have bought a V8 since it gets higher gas mileage on the highway and probably would last alot longer with towing a load.
