2003 ram hemi P2110,throttle actuator control system,forced limited RPM,believe this to be a throttlebody problem,temp in NY single digits,there is a tsb related to this problem/cold temps.question is,will this code reset when warmer,now that code has initially been set,also location of OBD plug.
