The overhead video screen may not power on, updating the video entertainment system software may be necessary to correct this concern.
Ringing From Driveshaft
A ringing sound may be noted when shifting from drive to reverse or reverse to drive. Our technicians tell us that replacing the transmission output flange and applying a special substance to the transmission output shaft splines should correct this issue.
Roof Rack Lifting

Engine May Not Start at Times
The anti-theft system may cause a no start condition due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) affecting the wireless control module (WCM). There is an updated WCM to correct this issue.
PCM Software Update Available to Correct Various Engine & Transmission Issues
Owners may experience one or more of the following conditions: Transmission shifting issues, torque converter clutch apply issues, fault code P0741 (torque converter clutch performance), and a vehicle surge condition. Our technicians tell us that in most cases these issues may be corrected by updating the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) software.
PCM Software Update Available to Correct Various Engine & Transmission Issues
Vehicle owners my experience one or more of the following conditions: Rough idle or idle drop upon gear engagement after cold start, vehicle surge, grumble/drone during torque converter apply, and shift quality issues from first to second gear. Our technicians tell us that updating the powertrain control module (PCM) software may correct these issues.
Check Engine Light With Code P0123 and/or P0222
The Check Engine Light may illuminate with code P0123 and/or P0222 when the vehicle is operated in below freeing temperatures. Our technicians tell us replacing the electronic throttle body and clean air duct should correct this concern.
High pitched whistle from throttle body
Some vehicles may experience a high pitched whistle under light throttle conditions. This can be corrected by resealing the throttle body at the intake manifold using a small amount of rtv sealer.
Suspension neutralization
Vehicles may exhibit steering and/or suspension issues, mostly noticed at freeway speeds while changing lanes. Our technicians tell us that suspension neutralization can correct these issues. Suspension neutralization consists of loosing all suspension components, bouncing the vehicle numerous time to let the components settle, and then re-torquing all fasteners to specifications.
Rear door may not open
The inside and outside rear door handles may stop functioning. Our technicians tell us the repair involves adjusting the door latch adjustment screw.
Buzzing noise from rear door
As buzzing noise may be noticed form the rear doors when the radio is played. The repair includes adding isolating materials and installing shims on the door trim panels.
