it blows out air but not cold

    A qualified shop with the proper a/c evacuation/recharging equipment is best. If your a/c is not cooling, that means the freon has leaked out. A proper leak inspection needs to be done (and related repairs) to ensure that you don't loose the freon after the next recharge.
