Question: do i need to replace my power steering pump?

136,000 miles The belts were change 20,000 miles ago.
When cold and first started up the power steering slips while turning. After the car is warm the problem disappears. There are no fluid leaks visible on the vehicle or on the ground where parked.

    When you say the the "power steering slips" do you mean the belt slips, if so correctly tension the belt or replace it if it is damaged due to slipping.
    Try flushing the power steering fluid, (Honda use a unique fluid used only in Acura and Honda), perhaps try an additive made for power steering systems made by a company called Lubegaurd, I have used it in several cars and seen improvements.
    You may have a failing steering pump or rack, before replacing parts have the car checked by a professional technician.
