    I am not sure what you are describing as floor plate bearings. When replacing the clutch you should replace the clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing, pilot bearing if applicable, inspect the flywheel for damage (surface if required), inspect the engine and transmission mounts as you reassemble everything and replace them if they are damaged.
    There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....     Probably a good time to replace rear main seal too. Just a few more $ could save a lot.
