Do I need any major service at 81,000 miles? I keep getting different answers on 2007 Suzuki XL-7

I talked to two different Suzuki dealerships and have gotten two different answers. One says I need the belts changed out and one says belts, plugs, and tranmission fluid changed out. I'm not far from 100,000, should I get a major inspection on all areas? Thank You

About every 50,000 miles, it is good practice to change your timing belt, every 3,000 miles, change the oil, and so on, it is just preventative maintenance is all.

Next major service interval is at 90,000 miles. Your owners manual should have the factory recommended services listed. Some shops and dealers come up additional recommendations. Hard to say who is right or wrong. If you plan to keep your car for a long time it my opinion to err on the side of doing preventative maintence but at times I have seen unnessary things offered.
