Question: do i have to prime the fuel line after installing a new tank and pump

just install installed a used gas tank. wondering if i have to prime the line because it won't start.

    I installed the pump on my 91 van twice! It still doesn't run well at all. Maybe I'll prime the lines and see what happens. You should make sure that the fuel lines are clean, to keep debris out of the carburetor/injectors.
