Do I have a coolant leak? on 1999 Chrysler Town & Country

I have a leak under the right rear of my van and it looks green, I think it is a coolant leak because I have to refill the coolant tank every few days. Is it expensive to repair it? Thank you.

More then likely the rear heater core. It will be cheaper then the front unit.
