1999 Chrysler Town & Country Question: Do I have a coolant leak?

I have a leak under the right rear of my van and it looks green, I think it is a coolant leak because I have to refill the coolant tank every few days. Is it expensive to repair it? Thank you. -

More then likely the rear heater core. It will be cheaper then the front unit. -
