ALIGNMENT Dishonest is dishonest First off a fifth grader with a sting a couple of boards could do a better job than these guys Maybe, they are better off just selling tire? -- If the life of the tire is the alignment, then go somewhere else. They gave me a two wheel alignment for an all wheel drive car (SUBARU) -- My First sign went back for a proper alignment -- 1st mistake Got it on the rack The service guy (BRUCE) told me that I have a rear toe problem in the back and there is no adjustment, but for a hundred dollars he might be able to make it better -- 2nd sign But you are in the green & "green is good" -- "green is good" He requested 20 dollars for the difference of the two wheel and four wheel alignment -- no receipt --2nd mistake later that week, in my Haynes manual I found the toe adjustment (an elliptical bolt). The nut on this bolt was far from being banked, actually hand loose with a few threads to spare. The bolt would be obvious to an alignment novelist Their alignment consist of steer ahead, that is ... a fifth grader with a sting a couple of boards could do a better job than these guys Maybe, they are better off just selling tire? -- If the life of the tire is the alignment, then go somewhere else. The bolt would be obvious to an alignment novelist Their alignment consist of steer ahead, that is perfect, I will give them that. But that is not a complete alignment! My solution-.I went to the dealership got an all wheel alignment for 69 dollar and I have no doubts. Other than the reconfirming print out that proves (yes proves) the bad previous alignment (mostly in the red) that this review is about.
