  When they did some repair work on my transmission 4 years ago (where the shifter moves the little ball bearings in the shifty thing), it went bad and they fixed it under warranty with no problems and it all turned out great. They stand behind their service 100%.

  They don't know manual transmissions. I have a 6-speed in my Camaro and I showed up to talk to them about changing out the bushing in the back of it. They told me that there was no problem and they could take care of it and everything else. Well they messed up two of them and then put the old one back in and it sounds worse than it did before AND they charged me for it. But, I mean, that was just the worst thing. They did do an inspection on the rear-end to help me narrow down what the rear-end issue was. But they were double the cost of anyone else in town. The guy started getting short with me when I told them that I wasn't gonna have all that thousands of dollars of work done. Not short as in short or rude attitude, but before when we were talking about the stuff, he was all energetic about it and acting like he really cared about helping me get the car fixed and everything, but when I told him that the prices he was quoting me were out of my range and that we needed to figure some way to keep the car on the road and just, you know, pay the cheaper price, he gave up on any concerns with me or anything. He was more concerned with just getting the money and getting my car out of the shop.

  They were really friendly and helpful. They actually listened to what I had to tell them and normally a mechanic will not listen to a woman, but they actually listened to what I had to say and checked it out. I will probably take my car back there for fluids.

  Anyone that has gone there can fully depend on the fact that they will back-up their work and they have a warranty that is next to none. They go out of their way to make sure the costumer is happy and they will work with your budget. Any other transmission work I have done will be done by them because they are top notch professionals.

  They are very honest and they tell you what it needs and what it will cost you and they ask you if you want it. The guys who do the work and behind the counters are very nice to you. The waiting area is very comfortable and very warm.

  I choose to not take risks of car breakdowns when I drive,therefore I have my vehicle checked over at intervals in Discount Automatics Shop.I know that I can trust the repairs to be done right,and needed repairs made at a reasonable cost.
