Diesel fuel in coolant. What could be the cause? on 2005 Ford E-350

My mechanic says it's a commom problem for the 6.0's. and is most likely a pin hole in the head.

yep, he sounds correct. the 6.0 is a nightmare motor for all kinds of issues. i would make sure you take it to a shop that is familiar with these engines and the repairs. Roy

Thanks! Could it also be a seal on an injector?
