My 2002 jeep liberty limited 3.7L 6 cyl. 4wd has a small rubber hose leaking coolant. It hangs in front of car just under radiatior and appears to run back under oil filter. It has small black plastic fitting in the end that appears to be damaged. Where does this hose connect to? And what is the black plastic fitting called should I need to replace it

The hose is your radiator coolant drain hose. The Petcock or (plastic) valve at the bottom of the radiator is probably leaking and should be replaced. Your local jeep dealership should have the part in stock. The Jeep part number is DRAINCOCK, Radiator 04644269
