When reviewing Desert Car Care we found a shop with two experienced technicians, one of whom is an ASE Master Technician. Both are planning to refocus on their ongoing training in the near future. Our assessment showed a solid assortment of scan tools and other diagnostic equipment necessary to perform all of the functions we would expect of a high quality repair shop. We found that Desert Car Care of Gilbert provides a clean and easily accessible facility. In addition, they offer a shuttle service, rental cars, WiFi service, and have an after-hours drop off for your convenience.

  I am very pleased with this shop. Pricing is communicated honest and upfront. I have had several repairs at this shop in the last few months and can testify to the amazing customer service I have received. The technicians are very personable and the staff has gone the extra mile to work around my schedule and budget.

  Desert Car Care of Gilbert has now become our family's car service location of choice. Frank and his professional, competent, customer service oriented employees located and repaired a brake problem on my Saturn Vue that the dealer didn't seem to be able to locate but kept charging me for "band-aid" repairs. The very first time I took the car to Desert Car Care I drove away with a problem that was fixed at a fraction of the cost of services that I had already paid for at the dealership. Since then I only trust my Vue to the honest, competent folks at Desert Car Care in Gilbert, as do my husband and daughters for service on their respective vehicles. Keep up the good work!

  After wandering around the valley, I've found a car maintenance home. They are friendly, honest, dependable and do good work. Recommend highly and have sent many of my friends to the shop.

  I tried this place out several months ago with my wifes car and am extremely impressed with the service and facilities. I typically find the best deal when it comes to auto maintenance and go from place to place. I have now found a home for my automotive needs. The service here is bar none the best I have experienced in this business and the facility is very clean and comfortable to where I don't mind waiting for my car to be worked on. Alex is great and I met the owner Frank today and was completely impressed with him as well!
