Delamination of diesel fuel tank on Ford F-250 Super Duty

Delamination of the diesel fuel tank can occur resulting in a loss of power due to debris clogging the fuel filters. In some cases the fuel injection pump and/or fuel injectors have also been damaged. Ford has issued a service bulletin (#19728) addressing this concern.

2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty 121,300 mi,
clogged fuel filter, sending unit screen, engine hard start and fails over and over again, feul filter canister not filling.
2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty 150,000 mi,

I changed out fuel filter and was able to start motor. Fuel light still coming on.
Changed FICM, And Injector #5 due to sticking.
Tank delaminated and clogged the injection pump and injectors. Ford wanted $4500 to repair
