car starts fine with good rpm but the rpm stays at 2000 then fluctuate down to 1300 and then back up to 2000. The rpm want to stay high when coming to a stop. Acts like it doesn't want to idle when foot off the gas.
Debris in Idle Air Control Valve cause the car to idle roughly at stop and then engine shuts off. Engine will restart by turning the ignition key off and re-ingage the starter. Everything work fine for about a couple of weeks and then the problem re-occures. Engine always restart.

Everytime my car idles or I release the brake the car hesitates and cuts off. I am in desperate need of a mechanic that can repair my car. I took it to a local mechanic and the car did not cut off at the time and they could not resolve the problem.
Cold idle speed around 1000 rpm. After spray cleaner in the TB, cold idle speed back up to 2000 rpm. But warm idle still rough. Jumping up and down around 700 rpm.

Engine stalled after starting when it is cold (idle speed dropped). After checking, dealer replaced idle air controller and the problem went away. What seems strange was it happened again 7 years later at 111000 miles, and again now (another 6 year later) at 138000 miles! Isn't too often?
it will rev up high when i start it cold and then it dies down around 1200 and acts like it wants to die
