  At first, they seem very hospital but they have questionable practices. I had issues with my HID lamp. They told me the bulb and the ballast were damaged and it would cost 1400 for the ballast and 207 for the bulb. Mind you these guys were confusing the ballast with computer module. I saw one on ebay for $70 and the guy told me ballast and control module were not the same thing.As you can see it was going to cost me close to $1800 to replace this. The dealer would have been more expensive but these guys told me I had no alternative other than buying a used one. After careful research, I found a company that sells high quality HID bulbs for $140 a pair and ballast $89.00. I took the car to these guys and found that only the ballast needed replacement. I paid $89.00 plus labor which came out to $120.00 compared to $1600 Dealer Venture wanted to charge. Plus the guys insulted me by saying "Lexus is not for everybody".
