Question: dead cylinder

Visitor, 3.0L V6 SOHC, Glasgow, VA, March 20, 2011, 18:05

my car is sucking and blowing thrue the exaust like a blown head gasket but got good compresion n all 6 cylinders can a vacume leak cause this

    Yes, vacuum leaks can cause misfire. Start the engine raise the hood and listen for hissing sound from air leak. You may need a shop with a smoke machine to find it quick for you. Also check for bad fuel injector, these cars had problems with that.

    usually when you have vacuum in the exhaust with a miss, it has a bad exhaust valve.

    have a leakdown test performed to confirm.
