Problem with daytime running/parking lights fuse keeps blowing, changed them 3times this month and keeps going now they just blow as soon as I turn them on. There's no splicing or anything on the wires, completely stock, also the dash lights are out to.

Check for a shorted bulb or connector. Something is passing too much current to ground and blowing the fuses. I've found the short in the area of the dash gauges or in the bulb sockets in the past. The dash illumination is often powered from the park light sircuit.
