I was very happy. They found the problem, they fixed the problem. They gave me a loaner car when they couldn't get it fixed on time. They showed me pictures of what was wrong inside. I was just very happy and my car has run really well since. I like them, they're very nice and they provided exceptional service. They cost a lot. About how much they would someplace else, I have no idea whether it was a good cost or bad cost it just needed fixed.
Customer service was really great. The guy actually took the time to call Subaru to see if they would do the service at a discount price, to see if it was under warranty. It ended up being covered and I actually called Subaru and complained and they actually reimbursed me the money. The only downside was that it took some time to do the repairs but he did a good job overall.
I was a repeat customer and I felt like it didn't seem that they were prepared for me even though I asked them to bring up the files on it and when I went in it just seemed like they had no idea about the service I asked for and it just took three times longer than it should have. They were friendly and everything they did was great, it just took a lot longer than they said it would. The price was accurate, they just didn't seem prepared. I brought it in because it smoked a lot. They didn't even catch it, it was a major oil leak! I took it to another place and they spotted it right away. Davis missed it twice and I was pretty upset about that.
