What stuck us when evaluating Dave's for our Certified Shop Network was the level of experience, ASE Certification, and on going training that Dave has invested in for his staff. The 8 staff member combine for over 167 years of experience, 3 of these guys are ASE Certified and all of the staff has participated in on going professional training. They have the automotive tools and computer diagnostic equipment needed to professionally service and repair your late model vehicle. They offer 24 months/24,000 mile warranty for your peace of mind. When evaluating shops for our Certified Shop Network we look for the best shops who have demonstrated a commitment to providing the very best for their customers by hiring experienced, currently trained, ASE Certified staff, and equipping them with tools needed to follow through with the complex repairs that are sometimes required on today's computer controlled vehicles. They don't specify what the billing will be. They repaired the wrong thing. Their diagnostics were not done right.

They treat you like family. They call and check up with you the next day. They are probably the best mechanics that I've seen in 30 to 40 years. If he says he can do a repair for $200, and he can't do it for $200, he will charge you $200, but it will be fixed no matter what it costs him.
