    Would not repair my vehicle, because I purchased my own parts. Brought certified Chrysler parts for my PT Cruiser. They refused to service my vehicle because they could not gouge me for the parts, which they wanted to charge me double for what I paid for them. Their reasoning was they cannot guarantee their work if I do not purchase my parts from them...hmmm. Do not recommend a company that operates like that.
