  I was treated very professionally. I was also shown the old replaced parts and the mechanics explained why the part was worn out.

  I was surprised that they said I needed the cabin air filter replaced. It was replaced 6000 miles earlier & I thought that cabin filters generally had longer longevity.

  Always well treated(baked goodies are an added bonus!!)and repairs/oil change done in a timely matter. Phone call as followup also adds a personal touch. Nice to go home with a well cared for clean car. Hillside owners do lots of good advertising for charity events in the community plus they support good causes.

  I had a lube, oil & filter change and was also informed drive belts should be replaced. When I inquired if brakes had been checked I was assured they were fine. However, on a follow-up to another auto service shop to pass smog inspection, noise in brakes prompted inspection and discovery of 1mm rotor and need to replace pads and rotors. I would have expected this problem to have been reported if the 3000 mile service special had been performed as reported. I was both surprised and disappointed at this significant oversight from such a highly-regarded auto service facility.

  My repair required a reset on-board computer. It would be useful to know how many miles must be driven before one can pass the CA smog test following the reset. Cheers, Bill

  I actually enjoyed the waiting room. Coffee, bottled water, plenty of magazines to read. It was a nice place to wait for my car.

  Hillside Auto recommended a service that i did not request when i took my car in. I reluctantly agreed, not sure if it was really necessary. The service made an incredible difference in the performance of my car! It was like it was brand new again! I was so happy they recommended it, and now I know they do not recommend unnecessary repairs.

  Was overcharged for parts and labor to replace a sensor. $250 for sensor, $250 for labor. Hillside bought the part from a local dealership. I went to the dealership and got a printout for same sensor for $69. Spoke to owner of Hillside. He said the dealership lied.

  Absolutely first rate work and customer care. They solved a problem that the Lexus dealership couldn't. P.S. How many shops call you back after a couple of days to make sure that everything was to your satisfaction? Hillside does.
