Dashboard lights on on 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan

On my dashboard I have the following lights on: Breaks, abs, traction control. I am looking for information what the issue could be, the code reader reads the code C 2200, anyone knows what that could be? Thank you.

It should be an error message from the anti-lock brake module. Need to have inspection.

Is the RED brake warning light on? That should , by default cause the other warning lights. Have you checked the brake fluid level? IF the fluid is low , might also want to have the pads checked.
