 Rookie

Lately my 2002 Lincoln Towncar dashboard display periodically cuts off the odometer, speed, and mileage readings and goes lite up flat bars. Then after a while it resets. Also when the display cuts off it knocks off the cruise control.

  Make sure your battery cables are clean and tight.

  Let me know, please, if you find the problem - mine does the same thing - it just seems to do it when the outside temp is above 70
