dash & tail lights on 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis

my dash lights and tail lights dont work. i have replaced fuses many times but they keep going out. What is the problem?

If you keep replacing the fuse and it keeps blowing there is a short in the circuit that needs to be found and repaired. It's the brown wire at the rear that supplies power to the rear lights, marker lights, and number plate lights.

My fuses are not blown out, but I still don't have dashboard lights, or taillights, can you tell me what the problem is.
