MasterIt sounds like you have a cluster problem which is common on GM. The blower motor is often linked to the Body Control Module which is often the Cluster, so if the Cluster does not work, then many other things may not operate. The Cluster needs repair. Start there, then see if the Blower Motor issue is resolved.
