About the only thing you can do beyond checking the fuse is check dimmer switch and headlight switch. Jiggle them and see if the lights start to work, this may indicate a failing switch. Other than that, this will require an electrical circuit diagnosis, which requires special tools and knowledge. You should take it to a repair shop for this type of work.
