Dash lights on 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser

several lights in my dash have gone out. Specifically on the engine temp. and speedometer. How do I replace these lights ?

The instrument panel lamps are accessed by removing the instrument cluster itself. That isn't terribly difficult but it requires a multi-step disassembly process to access it. wouldyou happen to know what fuse controls the speedo light in the dash because my tachomter light doesnt go on so i think my fuse is dead, which fuse is it?
