my car was recently stolen from my house and Darrah's towed my car. When I found out who had my car and contacted them, they would not give me the location of the car. When I contacted them the next the first words out of the owners mouth was "crack jack" referring to I guess I traded my car for drugs. The nerve of this lady to fasely accuse someone of a heanus act. Then when ask if I could see the damage to my car she said I needed a noterized letter from my father stating I was allow. When the letter was recieve via fax she then went back on her word and denied me to view my car. Then I ask where it was recovered and she said the 300 block of West Princess St and said "thats only 3 blocks from your house." Her ingorance is shown by that statement b/c I live on the 1200 block of East Philadelphia St which is approx 20 blocks away. She also threatened me that she was going to raise the price of her towing by 2x the amount, from $150 to $300 b/c I was "bothering her" b/c I wanted to see the damages to my stolen car. Very poor attitude by the owner and very shady. I would not trust her to fix my car b/c she seems like the type of person who would charge you for parts not used, higher labor costs, and charge you twice the amount for the price of a part. The better business bearu will be notified of there poor business practice and terrible attitude.
