Verified

On certain models the damper spring rubber comes loose and can cause a click noise. The damper springs need to be replaced to for this concern.

  • Visitor, 2006 Honda CR-V, 90,000 mi

    Had a loud clicking sound during high freeway speed. Took mechanic a couple of days to finally figure out what it was. Replaced damper spring for around $50.00.
