This shop has been past from father to son, Dick has over 36 years of automotive experience and still works in the shop with the 2 experienced technicians. These guys combine for over 70 years of experience. It is this experience, coupled with an on going training program and the investment in the automotive tools, and computer diagnostic equipment that is going keep Dale's able to service and repair your late model computer controlled vehicles. At Dale's, you get top quality repairs with a small shop feel. Dale and his mechanics come out to talk to you personally. The staff is very knowledgeable. They offer to give you a ride if you need one. It is a service that my generation (I'm 60) really appreciates. He is also very upfront about the repair.
I have been taking vehicles there for seven years. I've had at least for or five different vehicles that they had knowledge about. A lot of times I needed another vehicle and it would take over night and they gave me a loaner vehicle. I recommended friends and co workers to them. I choose to go over there and pay service tax because they provide excellent service.
Half my fault so I didn't give them the lowest score, they did not adhere to the repair estimations and charged me for multiple diagnostics despite not finding the solution the first time. Labor costs were almost DOUBLE the estimate but apparently you need to show them the estimate on your phone or something. They took a very long time to provide service despite a scheduled appointment. Their invoices are unclear on the distribution of labor. Long and short is that you had better know a little something before you show up here or they will fleece you good.
