Price too high. Didn't allow me to use all of the discounts that was available to me. It was one or the other. Their discount or triple a discount. Plus didn't allow me to use full triple a discount only partial. Plus receptionist was not friendly.

THE COMPANY PROVIDED FAST SERVICE AND GOOD WORK.
Took my car there originally for engine ping. New titanium plugs caused my gas mileage to drop 7 mpg. Took back, said try different gasoline, but gave no specific recommendations. Changed my oil. Ping seemed worse. The unit that the filter screws onto was leaking. They did not check it. I was down to 2 qts of oil. Who knows how much damage that may have They had noticed a leak when service was done. Tightened filter and let me go. I take good care of my car. I moved to this area 1year ago and wanted to establish a relationship with a company who would hopefully get to know me and my car. I have gone to another shop. I have lost confidence both in their ability and customer care.
