    I have the same problem. Have been told to replace the main relay which is located under dash near drivers left foot. You might also search under "94 accord tranny slipping honda-tech.com and read what is there, hope it helps you out! BTW, main relay is about $100 and pretty simple to change, there is a tutelage in yahoo search.

    mine was doing that too, had ignition switch replaced and it never came back on
