I had advised the manager Tex of a front end problem on my minivan. I thought it might be the struts. He replaced the struts and they broke within a week of installment. I had to return car to shop to be told part was under warranty and would be fixed. Then I get a call from Tex telling me of some other items that needed work including an oil leak and engine wash afterward. These extra items ran my bill up substantially. Received my car back and front end was still the way I brought it in the first time. So it seems my car was never really assessed properly as to what was wrong with the front end. Needless to say now it was $1500.00 later. In my 30 plus years of dealing with auto shops the best ones explained in detail what was wrong with vehicle what will be done to rectify vehicle and then even shown the parts that were rectified.
