When I first called, I spoke with Jeff. Jeff was not only pleasant but very patient and confident about the information he provided to me. Once my car had been diagnosed, I decided that I wanted to donate it instead of fix it. Jeff was nice enough to allow me to keep my car there until the car would be picked up! Which was about three weeks later! He even offered to be the point/contact person for the pick-up! Also, when I told Jeff that I was going to buy another vehicle, he said if I get a used vehicle, to bring it by so they could check it out at no charge so I could make sure it was a decent vehicle to buy! The owner of the shop is a stand-up guy as well! (Forgive me as I forgot his name). I mainly dealt with Jeff as he is the front man. Jeff always provided the very best customer service each time I spoke to him over the phone and in person! Outstanding! Also, the detailed work-up they do on your car is amazing! I was provided with photos, explanations and recommendations via email and phone. Visuals really helped me to understand what was going on with my car.
