I'll add my voice to the other 5 stars. I love this place so much that I had to crash my car a second time just to go back and see them! (I guess you could say that I am a repeat O'fender - wa-wa!) It's sad to see a couple of other people who might disagree, but I have to tell you, it's refreshing to go to a body shop! () I found integrity, kindness, and nurturing - who would have ever thought that an auto body shop could embody those traits D&D Kustom Collision About the work: both time I've been because my lame-brain decided that my car needed to do a dance with inanimate objects. Both times, the work was as stellar as it gets. I think too many people expect to have the exact car that they bought when they get it back. Most times, they do, and sometimes, that just can't happen without MAJOR structural work and cost! I ask you, "What kind of businesses do you want to support in this world?" Those who do great work, and are caring people, or those who are just out to make a buck and send you on your way? This world is a better place because of you, D&D Kustom Collision

I dislike dealing with insurance companies and the body shop the insurance company hires. When Esurance suggested this shop, I thought to give it a try because of the good rating.he Stop by D&D Kustom Collision met with Dennis talk to him about my car he suggest a few things I agreed My car was in excellent condition with 18K miles when the guy ran a red light and Tboned me. It will never be in as good of condition as it was prior to the accident. Well....when I went to pick up my car, I was impressed. My car looked great. It seems to have been washed and vacuumed. That made me smile. I drove my car on the highway and the undercarriage felt just fine. Where the car was waiting to get picked up, the building looked like a museum. Yes, your car is parked inside the museum. (That's what it felt like.) The place was beautiful. Something like that may have nothing to do with how good their work is, but it's a great example of their professionalism. They also said if I have any problems after I drive away, to give them a call. I give them 10 stars. Drive carefully, but if something happens, call D&D Kustom Collision

D&D Kustom Collision this shop is clean and has nice decor, and they offer you tea or coffee when you go into the office. Red, is soft-spoken and very, very nice. Not your typical auto body shop! BUT, the most important thing is that they provide GREAT SERVICE. My insurance recommended this place for an estimate after a recent fender-bender that was entirely my fault. I decided to get my car fixed there since their estimate was very competative. It took about 2 1/2 weeks since it was over Christmas & New Years and they had to order a new radiator & hood, but they kept me updated through the process. Since I rely on my car for work transportation, renting a car was also necessary during the repairs. Enterprise rent-a-car is associated with them, so the pick-up and drop-off of the rental car at the shop was a piece of cake - they arranged everything so I was driving out of the shop 20 minutes with a rental car when I dropped my car off. Plus the Enterprise people were pretty nice too and charge very reasonable rates for the rental. Not only was the whole seem seamless, when I picked up my car (and it looked great btw) inside on the passenger seat they had placed a complimentary paint-touch up kit and a bag of carmel corn labeled "Happy Holidays" on it. How can you get better than this? My only criticism was that maybe (and only maybe) the repairs took a little longer than I thought, but another shop might have taken just as long and been less pleasant. I will always take my car and future cars there for repair. I highly recommend this place!!!

I chose this shop because it was recommended to me by another shop (that was recommended by a friend), when the first shop couldn't help me. I always think it's a good sign when one's colleagues are willing to recommend you to potential customers. I spoke with Dennis at D&D Kustom Collision, who was very friendly and gave me an estimate on reattaching my bumper on my Chevrolet Sebring. He overestimated at 2 hours of labor (at $80/hour), but they ended up doing it so much more quickly than that (20 min.) and then he told me that he wasn't going to charge me at all! Wow, how often does that happen? I actually ended up hanging out in their waiting room, finishing up my work that I had brought to work on while waiting, because it was so pleasant to be there. They made me an excellent latte and had free wi-fi. Overall, definitely one of the best car repair experiences I have ever had

WOW, this place is great! Granted, I was only there for about 5 min, but that's part of what made it so great. I got rear-ended a few weeks ago and finally took my car in for an estimate. I was recommended to D&D Kustom Collision (also AMAZING). The place is clean and the people are SO nice! I pulled my car in, Red came out and took a few pics told me I would need a new bumper, said he would contact the insurance company and send me an e-mail of the cost of repairs. It was that easy!

I just picked up my car from D&D Kuston Collision and was quite impressed. A few weeks back, I finished eating brunch with some friends in Bonny Doon to discover that a blue truck had sideswiped my Jetta while it was innocently parked on the side of the road. No note, of course. Esurance handled my claim promptly (though I'll save that for another review), and in the process referred me to D&D Kuston Collision Body and Fender. I had no interest in the boring details of the repair, and D&D Kuston Collision didn't bother me with them. They simply performed the necessary repairs in their beautiful facility, and a few days later sent me on my way with a great looking car. To my surprise, the car contained a thoughtful card, a bag of caramel corn, and a bottle of touch-up paint. The paint was especially helpful as I have a couple other dings which didn't warrant an insurance claim or an out of pocket fix. Not only was my car repaired adequately, everyone I interacted with was incredibly personable. I like businesses that do their job but also treat their customers well. D&D Kustom Collision fits that requirement but also goes the extra mile

I had a great experience at D&D Kuston Collision Body and Fender. Not only does my banged up car look like new but the process for getting it fixed was painless. They had a rental car awaiting me upon my arrival and I was in and out of the shop in record time. I was also able to leave the rental car there when my car was finished. The bag of carmel popcorn was icing on the cake on my drive home. And my car was clean and the bodywork flawless. The folks there really seem to care.

I just had work done and it exceeded my expectations. First, they went to the trouble to provide impact strips on my bumper. The first shop I went to blew me off on doing it--too much trouble, and it was a bit of hassle for D&D Kuston Collision, but they did it, and did it beautifully. As well, besides doing the contracted work, they also repaired a ding in a door that was not part of the repair, much to my amazement and delight. Because I live in D&D Kuston Collision, they took care to get the rental car returned so that I didn't have to deal with the office in D&D Kuston Collision. That was convenience and courtesy! And where else will you get an espresso and art show all in a body shop? Truly a unique place and staff--check 'em out!!!

I am now a devoted fan and customer. I had an issue with my undercarriage dragging. I pulled my car in @ 4:30 fully expecting to leave it overnight. Dennis told me to hang out for a while, and he would give me the bad/good news. He raised the car right away and showed me the problem. He said he would try to secure it with what he had available instead of automatically ordering new parts which can be very pricey. His guy did just that: raised the undercarriage and secured it with their own bolts. I was billed for 30 minutes of labor, and that is all. While my car was being worked on, I had a very educational and enlightening conversation with Red. He is now my new hero. He runs a very clean and efficient garage, and he is very straightforward and honest. I highly recommend him and will definitely come back for routine maintenance.anks D&D Kustom Collision

Now that I've been here 4 times I feel that I can write a fair review. EVERYONE here is nice and more importantly, they all seem honest... thats right.. I've actually used the term "honest" when writing a review about a mechanic. I'll give you a moment to let that sink in. .... An example of my experience: They put new brakes on my car and within a week they started squeaking so i took them back and asked why it was happening. They gladly took a look at my car and gave me a ride to work. I got the car back and they started squeaking again. I was irritated because I though they were going to fix the problem. This time they explained to me that when you put new pads on old roters they don't fit perfectly and thus the squeaking, they filed the pads down and the noise has stopped. They have also answered so many of my little questions about my car- why it acts the way it does, whats normal vs. not normal etc. Really nice guys. D&D Kustom Collision are my mechanics from now on- and they should be yours too.

I'm just gonna state the obvious - great car repair shops are hard to find. Dennis is a long-time friend of my family and he has finally opened his own place. Over the years, we have brought our cars to D&D Kustom Collision wherever he worked - at his home, work, etc. - and he has always performed top-notch work. His integrity is beyond compare - and in the car business - that's hard to find. His knowledge of cars is awesome - of course, compared to me, that's easy to say - and he breaks everything down in easy to understand layman terms (if you need it)! I love how his business has free internet access at a desktop computer station for his customers - now that's thoughtful! Give him a try - his other customers seem to think just as highly of him

How does an auto repair shop have 4.5-5 star average after 150+ reviews?! How about charging around half the price for a tune up or 60,000 mile check up compared to your local dealers. At D&D Kustom Collision, I literally paid 1/2 of what I was finally quoted at the Honda Dealership. Wow, I automatically saved like $300 just by taking my car here. Thats pretty darn impressive.... you can tell him about a certain car problem and he will immediately tell you what your experiencing, why, and how to fix it.

I am a little bit in love with D&D Kustom Collision. First of all, the guys are smart. They could do anything they want to do in this world, and fortunately for us, they're into cars. One of the coolest things about D&D Kustom Collisionis that they're not afraid to jury rig your ghetto hooptie. They didn't suggest that I order a new bumper because mine was corroded and falling off. Nope, they just improvised, and got it to stay on there nice and sturdy with a long screw. And they didn't tell me I needed to order a new side mirror, which had broken off because I misunderestimated [sic] the amount of space I needed to back out of my garage that very day. Nope, they just drilled that baby back on there. (And recommended I go on eBay to find a new one for them to eventually install.) Another freaking great thing that D&D Kuston Collision does is hook you up with free parts or labor. Every time I go there, they are always doing courtesy stuff to my car. This time, they fixed my door, which wouldn't open from the outside, for free. They did the bumper for free, too, and they oiled up all the squeaky doors. They didn't have to do that. They also always give me (vehicularly naive) patient and detailed options of what needs to be fixed, versus what could be fixed for the longer-term health of my car. They have no personal investment in my response, and are never ever pushy. These boys have equanimity! Lastly, there is a massage chair in the waiting room. I had to wait a good ten minutes for them to write up my invoice, and I wish it had taken longer. I ended up leaving with new brakes, a working door, new tail-lights, a bunch of cosmetic doctoring, and relaxed muscles, all for about $300. My only reservation about taking my car here is that when it comes back to me, it smells pretty toxic for a week or so. But it's a small price to pay. I almost hope my car breaks again soon so I get to go back.

I would give them six stars if I could. Picture this: It's Christmas Eve morning at 5:30 a.m. You're driving a borrowed truck. the , indicator lights go on, heater stops, and engine goes from cool to red zone in about 30 seconds. What's a non-mechanical girl to do? After looking on Yelp, I called D&D Kuston Collision and gritted my teeth and asked if they'd be able to at least look at it before the holiday. They said, "Of course!" Got towed in and, within an hour or so, they called me back with a very reasonable estimate. An hour later (still before noon--plenty of time for the holiday commute!), when I showed up to pay for the repair, Dennis (who, true to the rumors, IS a nice man!) met me at the front desk and told me that, since 8 is an auspicious number in Chinese culture, and I was the 888th customer, MY REPAIR WAS FREE! D&D Kustom Collision is the kind of business that deserves to succeed. They're honest, didn't price gouge, and didn't pander. They make me want to buy a Toyota! :)

I LOVE D&D Kustom Collision. As a female, anxiety sets in every time i have a car problem, followed by my awkwardly trying to pretend I know what the mechanic is saying so they don't try to rip me off. This place? NO WORRIES. They are very tech-savvy and resourceful- considering I have a Saab, parts are not cheap. They once got a quote for a mirror from the dealership- $200 something. So they looked on eGa. $30. YES. Any problem that I've had they haven't fixed in the first try has been completely resolved without hassle at ALL, not to mention the staff are extremely nice and helpful (and don't make me feel like an idiot when I have no idea what they are saying). My car drives better than even before I got it- they are indenisible! My car and I are hooked, no one else will ever touch my beloved vehicle again so long as i can help it!!

Now that my 2001 car has seen its better days, my transmission started slipping. My biggest fear is breaking down on the freeway and possible being killed with a speeding car and to avoid this I headed straight to D&D Kustom Collision before work. I thought it was going to be something semi-major but not the dreaded words "new transmission" which it turned out to be. I gave the ok and put the funds together. Three days later, a call at 9am, your car is ready. Dennis threw in a few freebies and he gave me his warranty. My distrust came from a mechanic ex boyfriend of many years and heard many rip off stories from pressures from the boss man among a few feel good ones which is why it took me a while to trust. Thank you D&D Kustom Collision and staff, for being an honest business with integrity. It will definitely bring you more business and faithful clients.

The check engine light on my car had been going on and off for a week or so. DREAD. As a female I always feel completely violated whenever I go to an auto shop. I looked on yelp and saw reviews for several places including D&D Kustom Collision. I called around for quotes and Dennis by far had the best. I took my sick car down and sure enough, Dennis stops what he's doing when I said I had called the day before. He connects his computer to my car and within 60 seconds gets some codes. First he thought things would be ok in the short term, but then on his own he did research, found out Toyota knew this was a problem and he actually called 2 dealers to see if they'd cover it under the warranty (I was 2000 miles over). No such luck, but he was honest and up front the entire time. He said he could fix it but it would be faster if I went to a dealer (for same amount of $$) He even stoDennis the car for a week since I had to go out of town right after I brought it in. When I picked it up he had print outs of the codes and info to bring to the dealer. Cost for all this? Nada. I wanted to hug him. He seems to truly love fixing cars and helping people. Plus, as others have mentioned, he's got the cleanest shop I've ever seen. Within hours of visiting him I was so impressed I messaged friends and told my parents to head down there should their cars ever need help. My father, who is generally very suspicious, was super impressed when he visited the shop. Definitely check out D&D Kustom Collision ors should your car need work. I can't say enough good things about him.

Every time I call them or take my car in I'm inspiDennis to give them another 5 start review. While they're always excellent at repairing my cars (they've worked on my Lexus & BMW), offering cost saving options and always explaining things in language I can understand, this review is for their customer service. This is the second time in 3 years or so I'm in the private-party-selling used-car market. When I find a car I'm considering seriously, I call D&D Kustom Collision for their opinion. They quickly tell me anything I should keep an eye out for, any problems known to that particular make & model for the year, and even the best way to test drive & what to listen for. They are as busy of a shop as you can find and yet I never feel rushed off the phone with them when I'm asking, essentailly, theoretical questions about a car I *might* buy which is located too far for D&D Kustom Collision to preinspect (that is if they had time). After 3 or 4 years of going to them, I am hard pressed to take a car anywhere else and even though recommending them will only make them even busier, all car owners deserve a good, honest, affordable mechanic. D&D Kustom Collision offers this elusive trifecta.

Dennis has been a family friend of ours and even before he opened D&D Kustom Collision have we been taking our cars to him for fixing for years. He's very knowledgeable, honest, patient, super nice guy, etc. and most of what I'm saying here has been reiterated in other reviews too. His prices are not expensive at all. My family's had 2 cars sold and 2 cars bought by him on craiglist for us and he's just such a nice and geniune guy. He does excellent work and he'll find any problem with your car no matter how rare and odd it is and will fix it as quickly as he can. Also like other Yelpers said, he does have a massage chair in the waiting area as well as a desktop with internet and a water tank. He takes care of his customers very well and I highly recommend coming here for any car issues/questions you may have.

Dennis is super friendly and a real pro. He's a car guy who loves to work on cars, and will inform you every step of the way in case your car's repairs might cost more than originally thought. Basically he gives you the straight dope lowdown of options, and lets you choose if you want to spend a few more bucks to get the job done right. There's no smoke and mirrors routine here, folks. The only thing to remember is that D&D Kustom Collision is a small shop. If you have a major repair, it's going to take a few days, or perhaps over a week, pending part availability. Granted, you'll only get charged for the time spent on the car, but if you want a quicker turnaround and have pockets deep enough to justify getting bent over by your local dealer, then might want to consider going that route. (and make it easier for the rest of us poor bastards to take our cars here!)

Chow was awesome. For my '06 Mazda RX8, I had my break pads installed and had them replace my rotors for half of what several other places were estimating. Chow was the only one that quoted a flat rate and gave me a quick straight answer while all the other places were giving me the run around and quoting alot more than what I expected to pay. After reading all the reviews on this shop, I felt 100% at ease about bringing my car here because I knew they weren't the shady type that would overcharge. Very reasonable, straight to the point no BS type shop. They had my car in and out very quick and very easy to communicate with. Because of that, I'll be bringing my car here for any future maintenance. I highly recommend if you are looking for a shop in or around Ga, give D&D Kustom Collision

Love D&D Kustom Collision! We've taken all of our cars there for years. Their general routine is a $100 diagnostic (which has ALWAYS, for us, been applied to the repair cost). I know someone else mentioned a problem with that, but we've never had a problem applying the diagnostic fee. They have also been pretty reasonable with us about letting us know what we needed to do right away and what could wait. For example, we had some work done on a car and they noted that there was an issue that would need to be resolved later. After a bit of time had passed the issue needed to be fixed and so we called and made an appointment. They still had the notes from the prior visit and could see what the issue was. Double checked to make sure that was what needed fixing, and then took care of the problem. It's always nice to be reassued Dennis that you are dealing with a company that is working with you, and that you aren't being taken for a ride (pun intended). These are great guys.

Sometimes I feel like I'm their only customer because they can always fit me in, they always finish the work quickly, and they always answer the phone when I call (a nice touch with an automotive shop). Yet the garage is full of cars and other customers. Maybe the mechanics sold their soul or something and that enables them to slow down time. All I know is that they repair stuff really quickly and are extremely nice to deal with. We used to bring our old clunker of a wagon there. They fixed a belt and flushed something out. When it came time to sell that car I requested that they fax me the maintenance records. WHICH THEY HAD READILY AVAILABLE. WHICH THEY FAXED OVER THE SAME DAY. I mean: this isn't a doctor's office - they didn't have to be that organized or capable. But they are and there they go setting the bar for mechanics. They are the only mechanics we think of going to. They checked out a car before we bought it, tuned it up when we needed it, gave us honest assessments about what we should get fixed and what we should do later. I have friends that get ripped off my incompetent mechanics in SF and feel bad that they won't take the time to tow their car here.

I'm about a few years late in writing this review and I have no excuse for it other than I let it slip my mind. Dennis was introduced to me through a mutual friend who told me Dennis was one of his best buddies. I took my car in for regular oil change and a timing belt change. The price he gave was cheap, way cheaper than any place local to the Tri-Valley. But that's not where the stars come in. My passenger door was also acting weird when I brought in the car to the shop. It would open from the inside but not the outside. So I asked Dennis to take a look at it while the car was in the shop. It was an easy fix really, just a mechanical latch that fell off. Fixed. And I drove off. It probably took me a day later to realise the door consequently lost ability to be opened from the inside as well. Whatever was done to it to fix it, must have let the latch slip loose and thus, I had a non-working passenger door almost right out of the shop. I called Dennis and arranged to go back to the shop. He took a look at it and admitted the suspected case. To fix it, he would have to break into the door panel from the inside (since the door is now fully non-functional from both outside and in). Dennis offered to replace the door panel for me - whiich the guy from Volkswagen was well over $300. Given his patience with the little money he was going to make off the services on my car and the cost of the door panel plus the several hours additional hours he's had to put in, I personally feel he lost money having me as a customer than gained. Thanks D&D Kustom Collision

I 100% agree with June P., Dennis & Red are a delight to work with! Their honesty and fair pricing made me switch from having my vehicle serviced at the dealership to D&D Kustom Collision. Before I even spent $1 at D&D Kustom Collision, I had my vehicle diagnosed twice there for free! This came as a surprise to me since the dealership charges me a $98 diagnostic fee each time. Dennis & Red's amazing customer service had me choose them over my dealership for my '05 Audi A4. When I had my vehicle served at 115k, I expressed my interest to Red & Dennis about upgrading to a family SUV crossover to make life a little easier for my family of 3 (which includes a 5mos old) and asked them what they believed to be great crossover SUV's. I was leaning towards the Q5 or X3, but they mentioned from my choices that I may like the MDX and RX350 as well. A couple of months and many test drives later, I purchased a 2010 RX350 and couldn't be happier! I owe it all to them! Needless to say, I took my Lexus in to have it's 30k done there since their quality of work is as good if not BETTER than the dealership :) The fact that they charge you a fraction of what you'd spend elsewhere, along with their honesty and all around good-heartedness makes me one happy camper! Thanks D&D Kustom Collision!

D&D Kustom Collision Motors is a 5-star, high-class garage for certain. I just took my car in for what was (for me and my budget) a major repair. They were quick, efficient, and made me feel like my car was a big priority for them, giving my car back a day before it was promised. (Usually I feel like my car is the last thing on other's minds at other garages) D&D Kustom Collision is immaculately clean. They speak perfect English (can't get that in my own neighborhood), they greet me within seconds of getting out of my car, they call back on time, and they work professionally and accurately. I am totally satisfied. I had been quoted lower prices at other places, BUT, I didn't trust the other people nor could I understand them, nor could I believe how filthy their shops were. D&D Kustom Collision is somewhere to feel good about. I recommend them to you because everyone hates car repairs....but this place can ease the stress for you!

I knew Dennis as a former co-worker and I decided it was worth a Saturday for me to drive out and try their service. I was ordering new tires and needed them changed while I waited. I usually had this done locally, but it was nothing special. The service Red and Dennis offer is top notch. As I waited in the clean, comfortable waiting area (with free WI-FI), I overheard conversations with 3 customers and 2 walk-ins, inquiring about regular maintenance. These guys are great- on each occasion they pulled up some quick information on the computer and made sure to give them the probable price range they would be looking at- even breaking down the estimates by the hour. In a world where it feels like everyone is nickel and diming you to get as much as they can, I recommend you give D&D Kustom Collision Motors a try. Good customer service and honesty is hard to find.

I am very particular about who works on my car. I generally do all my own work (from replacing engine components, to installing new rotors and brake pads), so I was a little hesitant to call a shop last week when my expansion tank cracked on my BMW while driving to work. Knowing exactly what parts and service was requiDennis, I called up Dennis and got a quote for the replacement. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote as it was near what I would have spent doing it myself. I needed the car fixed for the weekend and didn't have time to order the parts online, so I followed the ever-knowing wisdom of Yelp and dropped it off. D&D Kustom Collision mechanics are professional, work is completed on time, and the job was shown the attention to detail as if it was their own car (road testing and then rechecking everything as the new parts settle in). For a person who has a general distrust of repair shops, I feel lucky to have found these guys for the projects I just don't have the time to tackle.

What can I say that no one else has touched on. If you own a car that can be serviced by these guys, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO D&D Kustom Collision MOTORS!!!! I can't say enough about the service, speed, and honesty of Dennis and Ryan. I just recently moved up to the Ga and one of the first things I wanted to cross off on my "gotta-get-done" list was "get a good mechanic" since there were a couple things that I was unable to handle before I headed up. I Yelp'ed for local "good guys" and the reviews for D&D Kustom Collision were awesome. My car has been making a weird thudding sound since a minor accident that I got into a couple months ago and I took my car in today thinking that there might be something wrong with my axle or wheel bearings (yikes!). After dropping my vehicle off, I hung out at a Starbucks down the street to kill some time. About 20 minutes later, I realized that I didn't mention to Dennis or Ryan that I wanted an oil change done as well so I called to let them know. When I asked Dennis about the status on my car, he said it was done (huh??). Puzzled, I asked him what was wrong with it. He said that my tires were feathering and that I needed an alignment. Mechanically, however, the car was in great shape. I authorized the oil change and a transmission fluid replacement and was out in less than an hour for $80!!! I couldn't believe it. If you're looking for an HONEST, SWIFT, mechanic that offers great VALUE, Dennis at D&D Kustom Collision Motors is your man!!!

Like so many here, it is difficult to find a repair shop that you can trust and will do good work. I often try to tackle auto repairs myself but if I don't have the willingness, tools or time for a job I will take the car to a shop. I have tried numerous shops and have been disappointed by all, until now. I decided to try D&D Kustom Collision Motors based on the reviews here at Yelp. Though I work in I do not live in the area so with a couple days off from work I decided to give them a try. I brought my "backup" car in, which has admittedly been a bit neglected, into D&D Kustom Collision in the early afternoon on Friday. I went over the list of problems with Dennis and he discussed briefly what could be the possible issues. I was impressed by his knowledge of the nuances and typical issues with the car. The shop sign stated they specialized in german cars but I also saw domestic and japanese cars in the shop so I'm sure they can tackle any job. I was called by Dennis later that day with their findings and a quote of the work. He detailed each issue separately noting the cause, the solution and the cost, breaking out materials and labor. The parts and labor costs were on par with other shops and I didn't see any excessive markup, as some other shops, considering OEM quality parts. What is refreshing is to see a shop only quote you for the charge it takes rather than bill a whole hour when just a fraction is requiDennis. When I picked up the car the invoiced amount was as quoted. A couple of notable points: 1# one of the issues I had them look at regarded some work I had previously done to the shifting mechanism. They were able to quickly correct my mistake and the shifting is so much tighter. Though justified, I wasn't charged. 2) the alignment done was outsourced to Franks Tire #also high Yelp rating#. The rate passed through didn't even seemed marked up as it was more than reasonable. I value the transparency and that even their subs are highly rated. All in all, I had an excellent experience with Dennis and the folks at D&D Kustom Collision Motors. My car runs and feels like it is new again and appreciate the professionalism and respect given to my bucket. I will definitely be back with the many cars in my stable.

So, I just moved to the Ga area and I needed a shop to take my 2000 BMW 323 that I just purchased with over 130k miles. Therefore I yelped. One bodyshop stood out above all the others with the unusually high ratings and number of reviews for a bodyshop, the D&D Kustom Collision. But, before I made any decisions, I had to shop for price first. And after I called around a few shops, I made an appointment with D&D Kustom Collision who quoted 20~30% lower than the other shops. What's more, actual payment was even lower than the quote. Only downside is that this place is so busy, that you may have to make an appointment for days in advance. But, you know you are getting an honest, quality service at reasonable price which is very hard to come by these days especially in this field. I just wish other shops take hints from D&D Kustom Collision that honest work would automatically be followed by success.

AMAZINGLY Honest, Great Customer SERVICE, Wonderful WORK Ethic I have been stunned at the work of Dennis and his wonderful set of magicians. I was originally recommended to them by my housemates, and I was like how great can a mechanic shop be ? Lucky me this has been the best place of business I have ever seen that actually gets customer service and knows what good business is! I have been there a handful of times and it was either them doing a little this or that under the hood at no cost to me or telling me what part I could get and that I could do it myself and how to do it. WHAT, who does that, D&D Kustom Collision does, thats who! When I have had work done, yes they ALWAYS honor their original quote despite that their have been times where their work was underquoted. Its amazing that they aren't open 24 hrs a day with the amount of good work that they do. Ill be so sad if I ever have to leave the Ga, just b/c of D&D Kustom Collision. Thanks so much you guys are awesome!!!! Peace, Grace

I ran over several of Ga's infamous potholes this week. Next thing you know, my headlamps aren't working. Then my brake lights go. My regular mechanic is open only on weekdays until 5 p.m. so I was relieved to find D&D Kustom Collision with Saturday hours. Plus, they are in my neighborhood. I love my regular mechanics and have been a very loyal customer, but they are all the way in West Berkeley. If I had to leave my car overnight or get towed to the garage, I could walk home from D&D Kustom Collision instead of riding buses for 45 minutes to an hour like I have been doing for the past 6 years. The mechanic diagnosed the problem over the phone and he was exactly right. As promised, my car was fixed while I waited. It took less time than estimated and I was only charged $40. This included all the parts. All in all, a very pleasant surprise so I asked for a quote on changing my timing belt and was given 2 differently priced options. The price difference was explained very clearly. This is the cleanest garage I've ever visited. I was comfortable in their waiting room. They are young, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and still enthusiastic (not blasé) about their work and giving my regular mechanics a run for their money.

A GREAT AUTO REPAIR SHOP, FOLKS !!! No hype here......the real deal......a rare jewel..... when seeking reputable, professional, competent and honest assistance in dealing with car crises. My 1996 Jeep Cherokee had ALL three motor mount bolts snap off in the 6-cylinder 4.0 engine block on the passenger side while entering the Ga Bridge for the ride home to the East Ga......not good......as the engine torqued heavily to the right, shDennisding the radiator/fan and placing extreme strain on the drivetrain, transmission and exhaust system. Barely limped home to the East Ga.....with the car howling like it was going to explode. Red, the owner at D&D Kustom Collision, handled my car personally........and I could not have been more impressed with his upfront and candid style, both with regards to his sharp mechanical aptitude and warm, personable manner. After checking around for quotes with other highly-reviewed shops in the area, D&D Kustom Collision got it done for mucho $$$$ less! Although I paid a good chunk of change to have all the broken-off motor mount bolts extracted and replaced (an insanely tough job in very tight spaces), a new all-steel radiator and hoses and associated parts installed, and a lot of work on the exhaust manifold and welding of cracked pipes.......I got more than a fair price for D&D Kustom Collision working on my Jeep for two full days. Also.....FYI, they use high-quality replacement parts that last, not cheap substitutes that are charged at regular price. My Jeep runs better and more smoothly now than when I first bought it years ago. In fact, it feels like a new car! WOW!

My 2001 VW Passat had a bad connection between the coolant overflow tank (the plastic container where you'd pour in water & coolant/antifreeze) and the hose that connects it with the radiator? not sure where that hose leads.) Anyway, on SUNDAY morning, to my shock the car tells me STOP - DON'T DRIVE - CHECK COOLANT ... and yes, there was a mess & yes no liquid in that tank. Since it is a No-No-No situation to use B'wy Volkswagen (seems they've changed their designation on YELP to Ga VW???) and since I didn't want to drive my car far (my usual repair place is super duper good ... I needed some place close by. I checked on YELP and found D&D Kustom Collision I left a msg on Sunday afternoon for D&D Kustom Collision and also sent an email. At 8am, Dennis called me back and assured me that my 'patch' would certainly be fine to drive the 1/2 mile from my place to his... and he did a real fix for me on the spot so I could proceed with my crazy week (Monday morning is only time when I could possibly deal with this...and I need the car to haul a load of stuff all week.) Dennis was so kind. I really mean it. And now I understand someone else expressing some sentiment of how dreamy Dennis is... It's True. OH - and the shop is immaculate... and you should see how nicely he keeps his tools... and he also took the extra step of adjusting the compression in the radiator. He totally saved me in a minor emergency of sorts... definitely a peace of mind for me. He answered my questions, too. And as much as I love Dennis, they are kinda far... how nice to know one great repair shop! For any of you in McDonough definitely check out , D&D Kustom Collision is my new hero.

Back in June, a crazy woman rear-ended me when I was stopped at a red light, basically demolishing the entire back of my car. My insurance company referred me to D&D Kustom Collision to get a quote for repairs. I had never been in a serious car accident before and was apprehensive about dealing with a body shops. I was absolutely amazing. Even though it was against his self-interest, Dennis came to the conclusion that the cost of repairs outweighed the value of the car. He helped me look up the value of my car in the blue book and gave me suggestions for how to negotiate with the other party's insurance company. Throughout the entire process, he helped put me at ease and explained everything with patience and kindness. Even though D&D Kustom Collision.wouldn't be earning a penny from all of this since my car had to be junked, Dennis neveronce rushed me and treated me as if I was a valued customer. I appreciated the warmth and courteousness of every single D&D Kustom Collision encountered--every few minutes, someone would ask me if I wanted some water or coffee (from their gourmet coffee machine, no less.) They also have an inviting waiting room stocked with a great little collection of books.. In short, this is the rare place that genuinely cares about treating its customers well.

I visited Dennis's for the second time last week for an oil change and tire rotation before a long trip. Again, the service was excellent, fair and quick. In fact, I can not recommend them highly enough! They even noticed a broken wind shield wiper blade on my way out, and replaced it on the spot!

The first time I was there, I was afraid I had a serious electrical issue after my windshield wipers, turn signals and rear defrost stopped working. It turned out it was only a fuse and they quickly replaced it for a total bargain.

A friend recommended them to me after going to them for years. Although I have only been there twice, I trust them implicitly -- which I never thought I would say about an auto shop.

Visit Dennis's -- they will get you in an out quickly and at a fair price!

I just realized I've been going to Dennis's for almost two years now - so it's time to update my original review. Yelp is doing its job - Dennis's definitely seems busier now than they used to back when there were only 5 reviews on the place!

Since I have a 10-year-old Dodge Stratus with162,000 miles on it, I visit Dennis and Red (his brother) on a regular basis, usually with a litany of things I need them to check out. At this point they know my name when I walk in. (Dennis once remarked, "We don't want to see you here so often!" Oh American cars, how I wish you wouldn't die so quickly!) They've always been very good about explaining to me what's happening with the car, and 90% of the time they'll fix the car the same day you bring it in, even with the laundry list. Dennis is also great about explaining what's broken and why, which is helpful for a person like me that has little knowledge of cars. And they'll always charge a reasonable price (more than once, I've come in with a list of things that seemed wrong with the car, a little afraid at what it would cost to fix, only to have them make a couple of cheap adjustments that made everything work as good as new - so when the repair is expensive, it's because your car truly needs it). And they'll sometimes throw in quick things for free - I just bought a new, used car today, and I asked them to look at it before finalizing the purchase. When I asked how much I owed them for taking a look at it, Red's response was, "It's a holiday!" Thanks guys. It's amazing having a mechanic that I can totally trust.

I have lived in the area my entire life and never knew D&D Kustom Collision even existed. They are located on Lincoln near Peterson (between IHOP and Walgreens). The car entrance is in the back. If you drive too fast on Lincoln, your definately bound to miss it.

I own a Honda CRV 2007. As a life long Honda owner, I was shocked when I was driving on the expressway, when my car started to make a loud screatching sound. I slowly exit off the highway, pull over to a residential side street to pop the hood. Keep in mind I know nothing about cars. Not like I was gonna exactly fix it right there and then (especially without any tools). I found a belt partially broken rotating and contributing to the loud screatching sound. There was a nice Mexican woman working on her yard. I nicely explained how my car was making a noise and I needed to borrow some scissors to remove the partially damaged belt to prevent from making a noise. The lady patiently stopped doing her yard work to go in the house to find me some scissors. I proceeded to partially cut the excess belt. The car stopped making the sound and decided to take side streets home. While driving home I said to myself, "self, you don't need to fix this. It works fine just the way it is". As I continued to drive the car, I can tell the car was driving sluggish and can slowliy start to hear the noise getting louder and louder.

This morning at 7:30 am, I call Dennis's to explain my troubles. They tell me to bring the car in and they will take a look at it and let me know what is wrong. I drop the car off this morning. There were a good number of cars there already being worked on. It was 11:15am and still did not har back from the repair shiop. Started to get a little nervous so I gave them a ring. Dennis answers, tells me they are going to take a look at it in about 10 minutes. We'll give you a call shortly. Says they have been busy working on the cars from this morning. I say, OK Dennis, no problem. I can appreciate someone being honest and telling me the truth instead of lieing to me to make me happy. Two hours later, my phone rings. It's the repair shop telling me my car is ready. They replaced the belt and charged me $105!

A couple of months ago I go to a well known tire and repair shop to attempt to fix a tire with a slow leak. They inspected the tire, came up with a reson not to be able to fix it. They recommended I buy a new one along with another tire for the other wheel. Would have ended up costing well over $300. Of course I declined the work. Took it some where else where I only paid $20. The tire has been fine ever since then.

Back to Dennis's, they were very honest. Reasonably priced. Didn't try to push any un-needed repairs on me. I forgot to mention, my windshield has a thin hairline crack. They did not even bring up the topic. Simply gave me what I asked for. Top class!!!

Ok so i found out about D&D Kustom Collision through this site "Yelp" and i wanted to check them out to see how they are. My car was damaged and needed bodywork done. I went around and asked some shops for estimate , then i went to D&D Kustom Collision and they gave me a decent estimate. Red gave me a few suggestions because i wanted to paint my whole car. What really suprised me WAS HIS HONESTY :) he was really helpful and gave me alot to good honest advice about everything. I then realized why this shop has such good reviews! The best thing i like about him is HE KNOWS HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS HONESTLY! Not like these other guys who try to make money off you. So i thought i should give him a review on yelp! He gave me a REALLY GOOD price for the work. ALOT CHEAPER THAN EVERYONE ELSE. I was so impressed by this guy that i wanted to make a review on this site. If you have to do any sort of body work seriously take your car to him i promise u wont be disappointed. No wonder he has such good reviews on here! THIS GUY DESERVES THE GOOD BUSINESS REVIEWS!

One word sums up D&D Kustom Collision Motors - AWESOME! My 1979 VW Beetle Convertible was in need of a new alternator. After reading a bunch of merchant circle reviews, I decided to bring it into D&D Kustom Collision for a quote. D&D Kustom Collision called me soon after I dropped it off with a very reasonable quote so I decided to have the work done. Turns out that the engine needed to be completely removed in order to replace the part involving several additional hours of work (everything on this car was original). Since the car was in storage for a while, I let them work on it at their leisure. Glad I did that! Dennis removed the entire engine, installed a new alternator and replaced all of the original gaskets. The car running like a champ and purring like a kitten! D&D Kustom Collision Motors is a very honorable repair shop that stands by their quote and work. Thanks Dennis to you and your team for excellent customer service, honoring the original quote and repairing my baby. I'll definitely be back - you guys are awesome!

Dennis's a great guy. I was very weary about taking my car anywhere in this city after the horror stories that I've heard. I did a lot of research and D&D Kustom Collision seemed above the rest, so I took the plunge.

I brought my car in shortly after 2pm, I had a phone call around 5 with a quote and to let me know it'd be done in the morning. Dennis is very patient and honest, and was more than happy to take the time to explain the repairs to me.

When I went to pick my car up from him, I told him about his fantastic Yelp score, and thanked him for running an honest shop. He seemed very flattered and gave me a sincere "Thank you".

He'll have my business for as long as I live in this city.

Like many of you, I'm sure, I've been searching for a good and honest mechanic forever. My search is over. I found Dennis's on the Internet, it was relatively close to where I live and the reviews were outstanding. I tried so many different mechanics I didn't want to go back to, I had little to lose.
Michael, who answered the phone, agreed to see me when I could. My car was looked at while I took a walk, and I received the diagnosis in detail 45 min. later. He explained (and showed me) what was wrong with my car, what my choices were and what he recommends I do in order of priorities. I was told upfront how long it would take and how much it would cost.
My car was ready 30 min. early. The cost was exactly what I was told it would be (and a lot cheaper than I feared I might say). The car drove like new and I was very happy.

Today, I drove over to Dennis's because my engine light came on a few days ago. Again, Michael had my car looked at while I waited, no charge, and instead of trying to have me leave my car there to be fixed and to replace a rather expensive part, he recommended I try something first, saying it may help, and sent me on my way. I don't think I EVER left a mechanic's shop without spending any money.
This place is the only place I will bring my car to from now on. I highly recommend it!

Was here in McDonough for the summer with an Internship and my check engine light came on. I get routine services back home in CT and had it checked out only a month earlier before leaving for the summer so I wasn't expecting anything major. First took the car to a dealership in the area and was quoted over $3,000 in repairs including being charged $275 for an oil change and "diagnostics"

I decided to get a second opinion when dealing with that much money. Cue Denniss! Not only was the staff very helpful and explained to me exactly what he thought had happened to my car (rodents chewed through some tubing) he only charged me $75 and had it done the same day! Now I'm not really sure how to explain the differences in estimates because I'm not particularly car savvy but I went with Dennis and the car has been running fine since.

5 Stars Dennis? Is that all? Couldn't you find a way to add a star or two to your name? I can't believe this. Every single reviewer gave you 5 stars?

Well since 35 people plus gave you that high of a rating, why am I wasting my time here? If anybody goes through all your reviews and still does not think that you are not the greatest auto engineer (notice I did not say mechanic) on the planet, then they have a warped sense of reality and really think that there is something better than near perfection. (even 5 star people are not perfect ya know)

Dennis, all I want to say is thank you for almost 20 years of terrific service. You are a gentleman, you always tell the customer his options, and try to repair my car in a manner that takes into account price, the age of my car, and making sure that it is fixed correctly the first time without ever having to return for the same problem.

Yes people, with Dennis, you not only get a brilliant person when it comes to cars, but you get a man that is honest. Oh....yes, there was that sad Saturday afternoon that I thought the muffler went out. You were closed of course. (you just started closing on Saturdays luck!!) So I pulled into that crook down the block from you. "Sorry you need two new catalytic converters" How much I asked. "About $900". I drove out of his lot, parked the car in back of your shop, waited a half an hour for the bus, and then another half an hour for the other bus. I called you first thing Monday in the AM and you told me you would call me when you looked it over. Less than a half an hour later you called and said come and said it's ready.....and it's $31.50. Huh? "You didn't need any catalytic converters." It was one rusty and broken clamp that connected the tailpipe to either the muffler or converter. Wow..!! So OK everyone.....did I mention that Dennis is honest???? lol

Just to be fair, Red, your brother should not be left out of the equation. He really does make a difference. So thanks to you too Red for your help from time to time.

Bottom line. I don't care where you live, it is always worth the drive to get your car repaired at Dennis's. Thanks again for all of the great years of service. You set the standard as to how a auto repair shop should be.

Wow. This is why I use Yelp. I just moved into town a few months ago and had only gone to Marino's to have my Jeep looked at. Even by dealer standards, they were bad. So, when my check engine light went on Monday morning, I freaked out. I drove by Marino's that morning and after 30 minutes of being hassled, I was told it'd be $95 and two hours to look at it. I balked and decided to drive to work anyway. While at work I looked car repair up on Yelp and found this five star rated place, that truly is five star worthy.
I drove my Jeep in. Dennis said, 'give us 20 minutes to run the analysis and we'll go from there'. 20 minutes later, I walk in and they say they are done. They checked it and all they needed to do was grease a few parts. I pulled out my wallet and he actually said that there would be no charge since all they did was some quick work. I was shocked in a good way. Dennis was friendly and my car has worked great since. I will be sure to go here whenever I need any work done.

Thanks Yelpers and thanks Denniss.

I heart Red at D&D Kustom Collision. I think he may very well be the most competent, fairly priced and honest mechanic on the face of the earth. At first, I was not sure what to make of the reviews on here because everyone that left a good review did not fit my "category". But I was right in following my heart and leaving my truck with Red.
o
Everyone at Dennis's is so nice. Red explains everything in detail, he does not rush you off the phone and is in no way condescending to women like most other mechanics I've experienced out there whether it be the dealership and an independent repair shop. He understands that just because I am a woman, it does not mean I know nothing about cars. He fixed my wheel bearing for a price WAY below what others have quoted and would have charged. He knew my rear wheels needed new rotors but, was honest to tell me I still had a decent amount of time on them instead of saying, "Oh, this or that is pretty bad and you could get into a serious accident. You had better change them right now. Here is a price for me to do it." Too many mechanics are quick to try and get you with the scare tactics so you would be so nervous that you would pay anything right on the spot just to have what they tell you is broken fixed. If you want your automobile fixed right and the repair at a good price, Dennis's Automotive is the one and only place to take it to.

Red, you are awesome. You rock and reign supreme. I am your number one fan. Sometimes you don't want to give such a great review to a deserving shop because they'll get too busy to provide the service that you love, but these guys really do deserve it. I can't say enough great things about the honest service I receive from Dennis's.
I found Norn's via Yelp. This shop is not too far from where I reside in Evanston, but not local either. I drive a 2004 VW TDI, for those who don't know thats a diesel engine. Most shops shy away from working on a diesel and if they do 'specialize' they tend to price gouge you because not many shops will work on a diesel. Twice before this 'MAJOR' visit (more on that shortly), I had brought my car in for other services, once having the serpentine belt and tensioner's replaced, and once for a synthetic oil change. Both services were less than the local dealer Autobarn - which provides good high priced service - and saved a good 25-35% at Dennis's. They also worked on my wifes 2002 Honda Odyssey at far better prices than local shops like Duxlers (this is where we had previously gone for her vehicle. Dennis's is not a 'pretty' shop, I wouldn't plan on spending more than a half hour in their waiting room if I could help it, it's very 'quaint'. Your car does NOT come back washed after a service from Dennis's, but it does come back fixed, and you are not going to be pushed into getting parts or service that your car doesn't need. So back to my big service. With 106,000 miles on my Volkswagen TDI, I had been ignoring things for a while (I'd been cash strapped). It was time to replace the timing belt - this is ALWAYS a pricey service. I got estimates from 3 other shops, Autobarn wanted $1650 (with water pump, which is standard service when replacing the timing belt), Duxler wanted $1590, and McCormick $1550. Jeeze... Norn's did it for a bit more than HALF the cost!!!! I figured that something must be wrong with their service, but no, so far it's been perfect having driven 100 miles following this service at speeds up to 80MPH. In addition they diagnosed and fixed a just developed problem of having blown a hole in the turbo hose - creating a loss of power and a discharge of black smoke. I also had them check out my brakes as in those 100K plus miles I had never done any brake work. Guess what, good thing I checked, I needed 4 new rotors (the disc) and 4 sets of pads!!! OK I'm diving in, so while you are at it I need a synthetic oil change two new lamps for my headlights and the local speed bumps detached the plastic belly pan which was dragging and needed to be reattached with new holes and fasteners (all the other shops wanted me to get a new pan at $250). Long story made just a bit longer, all this service cost me slightly more than what those other shops wanted to charge me for just the timing belt. Dennis's = honest service and great prices. PS, make an appointment don't just drop in especially if they need to order parts.

My mom has been going to Dennis's for nearly 16 years and NEVER has had a problem with their services or prices, EVER!!! I got my first car through them because one of their clients was looking to get rid of his '84 Reliant. That was in 1998 and they took care of that car until Mr. Rusty came through and starting eating away. I never felt like they talked down to me about not knowing more about cars nor have I ever felt like I was getting swindled out of some cash.
First Story...
One cold and slushy Sunday morning, there were virtually no auto shops open and the only one that was open was a large chain place at Elmdale and Clark. Those P.O.S. said that I needed over $1,000 in repairs for my car... that '84 Plymouth Reliant.. that same one with a Blue Book value (at that time) of $475!!! Hell to the naw! Took it to Dennis the next morning and he quoted a final price of under $200 and I even asked him about why the other place would need to put that much work into my car and he flat out told me that most mechanics realize their patrons are clueless about the finer points of car maintenance and they take advantage. Dennis, Joe, et al. have never taken advantage of me nor anyone I have recommended over the years.
Second Story (in case you get this far!)...
I was enrolled at the University of Illinois in C-U and drove my second car ('92 Caravan baby!) down to school after Thanksgiving break. Axle broke 20 miles outside of campus and had to get it to towed to the Car-X near my apartment. The guy said that after replacing the broken axle that it's best to replace the other one in order to keep everything in balance.. Hot B.S. I tell ya! I immediately called Dennis at his office, then he called the crap mechanic and the crap mechanic immediately changed his story and I only had the one broken axle replaced... By the way, I visited said crap mechanic THREE years later for an oil change, and he actually remembered my car and the broken axle and gave me a grin that said roughly "You are one customer who is not afraid to call his mechanic from back home and have him call me to straighten me out!"

I just realized I've been going to Dennis's for almost two years now - so it's time to update my original review. Yelp is doing its job - Dennis's definitely seems busier now than they used to back when there were only 5 reviews on the place!

Since I have a 10-year-old Dodge Stratus with162,000 miles on it, I visit Dennis and Joe (his brother) on a regular basis, usually with a litany of things I need them to check out. When I asked how much I owed them for taking a look at it, Joe's response was, "It's a holiday!" Thanks guys. It's amazing having a mechanic that I can totally trust.

As a shade-tree mechanic, I have high expectations of auto repair shops. Most in McDonough have fallen short. After ten years of frustrating experience, I've finally found one I trust: Dennis's Auto. Dennis was patient, clearly explained what needed to be fixed and then did it quickly at less than half the cost of the same repair I had done two years ago. My clunker also has some other harder to diagnose issues that seem to come and go. Dennis proposed some potential diagnoses, but rather than start an expensive trial-and-error approach to the problem, Dennis recommended that we wait until we could be certain what the problem was (e.g., DTC trouble code). No services were pushed on me, which is more than I can say for the two other shops that supposedly "fixed" the problem at more than $300 cost. I'm almost excited for my POS to fall apart so Dennis can put it back together

I used Yelp to find Dennis's because I don't really know anyone in the area who could refer me to a mechanic, and being female, didn't want to get taken advantage of. Yelp certainly steered me in the right direction. Dennis's was great. I brought my car in without an appointment in the afternoon with major problems, it was looked at, an estimate given, and repaired by the next day!! The total cost was half of what other places had quoted me, and the work is excellent. My car needed brakes, inner tie rods, a clutch and I can't believe the difference! Dennis was friendly, explained things to me, showed me the old parts they removed from the car, and even got on the phone to Enterprise, where I got a discount as his customer. I have other work that will have to be done, and I'll go back to Dennis's!

I brought my VW Golf in to Dennis's a few weeks ago due to some rattling (see: a really bad sound that I could no longer bring myself to blast the radio over) coming from underneath the car. They had a look at it that day and I was told that my exhaust system had completely rusted through. It was going to cost me a pretty penny to have it replaced -- but they were forthright with their estimate and even came in below it when I stopped by to pick up the car. Unfortunately the rattling sound remained after I took the car for a spin, so I brought the car back in a few days later.

This time I dealt with Dennis directly, who promised me they would drive the car and have a closer look. They found out I had a broken spring near the rear wheel that was causing the sound when I went over any bumps in the road. Apologizing for not correcting the issue at the time when they performed the exhaust system repair, they replaced the spring (about a $60 part) and did not charge me for labor. Consider me sold. I will definitely be back -- I've found my honest neighborhood mechanic.

I got new tires at D&D recently, and they put the scare tactic on to get me to replace my front shocks and brakes when they had the car up on the rack.

I took it to Dennis's for a second opinion, and the brakes did need to be replaced but the shocks weren't in the dire condition I was lead to believe. He took me under the car to show me exactly what was wrong and took time to explain what would happen if the parts failed. I never felt pressured to make unnecessary repairs.

I paid them $601 for all my repairs (front brake pads & rotors; both rear links; serpentine belt; oil change; fluid top off) . I compared that to the low estimates for all the repairs on RepairPal.com, and that came in only $40 less than what I paid, a nominal premium for knowing I only got needed repairs. He also didn't charge me for the initial inspection, so not only are his prices very competitive, he also provides refreshingly honest service.

I've been going to Dennis's for about 15 years with two older, more complicated and less-than -common luxo cars, a mid-90s Mark VIII and Jaguar XJ-6, have recommended others and have always been well satisfied. That particularly with their honesty in fixing "only what's broke" and in charging reasonable prices.

I'm something of a car nut myself and many shops, both independents and chains like Firestone MasterCare, Midas and Car-Ex, have repeatedly thought that they had "seen me coming" and lied to me about "necessary", but hugely expensive repairs whenever I drove in for a simple special like an oil change. I have always laughed, disbelieved and declined all that crap, as you should. I visited Dennis's later and confirmed my own suspicions: that I'd been handed lies by a fraudulent repairer. My suspicions, and Dennis's exams, were always right and neither of the older luxo-cars needed any of the costly parts or repairs portrayed as urgent or life-threatening by the fakers.

Nor, except in very few cases, did Dennis suggest or add any repairs or replacements I hadn't ordered myself going in. Those few were not at all uncommon or suspicious given the 15-year ages and uses of our fairly exotic cars.

So, I can recommend Dennis's highly and only wish that they had more space, time and techs to bring in our cars more quickly.

Dennis is the Best

We dropped off our car overnight at Dennis's for an EPA emission test repair. Our Camry had failed the emission test. Dennisally this means hundreds of dollars on our other cars before we used Dennis's Automotive Clinic.

We also asked Dennis to rotate the tires and check the car out for Winter.

The bill? Too low to even mention.

And guess what? Dennis's staff even drove our car to the Illinois Testing station, passed the test for us, and left the completed forms in our car.

Amazing service. My wife and I drive 7 miles one-way to Dennis's location on Lincoln Avenue to get our cars serviced. It's an incredible bargain and testament to great customer service.

Thanks Dennis. You and your guys are the best.

997 My daily driver 2003 Mazda 6 had been giving me intermittent trouble for several weeks. One day, it decided it wasn't going to start. I got it to Dennis's by 11:30 on a Friday, and by 2:00, the trouble was diagnosed (bad coolant temperature sensor that caused engine flooding). If the parts store hadn't sent the wrong sensor, the car would have been done the same day!!

While diagnosing that issue, they noticed that there was engine oil in the air inlet hose and filter box. Dennis explain the cause (excessive blow-by from the piston rings), and advised I keep a close eye on the oil level. Given that I work on older cars as a hobby, I understood the problem already, but it was nice he took the time to explain and help hopefully avoid more costly future repairs.

I'll definitely be going back to Dennis's (hopefully not too soon) the next time any of our cars needs service

One word: HONEST (I promise you won't find another mechanic in the City that's as honest as these guys are - and that is extremely important!)

I have a 2002 VW Jetta that always is giving me problems - I have probably been to every mechanic in the City of McDonough, spent way too much money and still had no resolution to my problems. I have been a victim of every mechanic that lies to their customer, makes them over pay, and makes them feel confident that their work fixed my problem.

So I finally turned to Yelp. Upon doing that, I came across Dennis's. I initially took my car there to get a new alternator- it was done the same day, and they let me leave my car there to pick it up the next day with no additional charge.

I recently failed the emissions test, I took my car to Dennis's to check it out. They fixed my problem and explained it to me. Not only that, but they wouldn't sign the paper until I drove my car for 60 miles to make sure my problem was fixed and I wouldn't be failing another emission test. These guys are incredible, hardworking, honest mechanics.

I have recommended anyone and everyone who needs a mechanic to Dennis's. I am so, so, so incredibly happy with their work and will be going back again!

THANK YOU DENNIS'S!

I am very skeptical when it comes to auto shops mainly because I know almost nothing about cars, and they could tell me almost anything and who am I to argue with them. With that in mind I took to Yelp to find someone near by to take a look at our very shaky 2000 Jeep Cherokee. I dropped it off with Dennis who said he would have one of his guys take a look at it as soon as possible. Less than an hour later he was calling me with an estimate. As he read off the list of thing I was waiting for the total to be in the thousands, the fact that it was a few hundred was unbelievable.

As I was paying and Dennis was advising me to keep a closer eye on our tire pressure. He told me not to mess with finding a working air pump at a gas station, but just stop by his place and do when passing by. I've stopped 3 times in the past couple months, and it feels a little like the bar on Cheers. Except instead of everyone saying Dennis, Dennis is happily saying hi to me

Dennis's was fantastic. I've lived in the McDonough area for about five years, and after a few years of paying dealer prices because "at least they know my car," I decided to branch out and find a decent mechanic. After checking yelp and seeing that a mechanic had 80+ positive reviews, I needed to find out why.

Called in, made an appointment, took my car in the next morning to be inspected. They called me a few hours later to give me a quote, which was way under what the dealer had been charging me (obviously). I gave them the go ahead, and they called me when it was done a couple of hours later. Fast, easy, polite, didn't try to upsell me on anything. Exactly what I needed.

I highly recommend them.

It isn't very often that I take the time to write a review, despite my reliance on other reviews which other considerate and informative people take the time to post. Well, every so often, I feel compelled to do so. This is the case with Dennis's Auto Clinic on Lincoln Ave., in McDonough. I was recommended to this mechanic by a friend who's family has been going to Dennis's for the longest. The place was described to me as as an honest, 'old school place' yet with all the modern technology and know-how to get any job done. At first, I admit that I was a tad bit reluctant to deviate from the typical dealership service. Well, the friend that made the recommendation just became a better friend. I was totally impressed by the thoroughness and efficiency by which my vehicle was serviced. Dennis explained, in detail, the work that needed to be done, as well as work that wasn't so pressing that it needed to be taken care of immediately. Dennis has the type of charm / personality that makes you wish you had him as a neighbor. I was extremely pleased with the price and even more pleased with the results. My car has been a dream ever since. This mechanic and his crew has an incredible reputation in the area - which I've just learned about - and recommend this place wholeheartedly.

I've used Dennis's twice now - once to replace belts and once to replace brakes. I shopped around both jobs before using them and they were always the lowest price - but, most importantly, at the same time gave me A+ service. I had one minor issue, which was not their fault - a structrual problem with my hood that was preventing it from closing. I spoke to Dennis who agreed to stay late on a Friday evening until I could get over there. Promplty the whole staff helped get the hood closed so that I could safely drive home. He showed me the cause of the problem (that a previous owner likely had an accident there) - of the multiple dealers, etc. who had looked over this car not one spotted it! Joe took the time to explain how they discovered it, Dennis gave me the card to a very good body shop (which also did a good job). My search for a mechanic is over! They have shown me multiple times now that they sincerely care about their business and their customers and have certainly deserved their reputation.

Read on Yelp that this was the auto shop to go to, even though it's 20 mins away. I wanted to check it out. I had previously been to another place to fix my problem and was told to get a tune up or take it to a dealer. I wasn't going to go get raped at a dealer, and I was wondering about a tune up, but felt uneasy about being told to go to a dealer so I went online and checked yelp. Thank god for yelp! I took my car to Dennis's on a Saturday and Mike didn't hesitate to take my car in to check it out. I told him what I was experiencing with my car and he told me to hold tight. A quick hr later their mechanic came to get me and told me I was all set. He clean my throttle body and told me to come back in 20000 miles for a tune up and that it was not needed. The car was running smooth and that it has a great engine. They charged me 25 bucks, left 30 for their trouble. A huge weight was lifted and I now feel confident that I have found a honest auto repair shop

I recently got my car fixed by a friend back home. He is a great mechanic and I trust him because I have known him my whole life. He put new struts and breaks on my car, but does not have an alignment machine and whenever the front suspension is messed with it throws off the alignment. Well it is causing my car to grind. I knew these things when I called Dennis (found him on here this morning and thought well, he has good reviews so I will give it a try). I told Dennis the problems and he said there may be something else wrong and while he can not do an alignment because he doesnt have the machine, he didnt want me to spend the money and get one done just to find out it is something else and end up needing another alignment... I was blown away because most mechanics would have said sorry I dont do alignments and would have left it at that. Instead he said bring it in when you get off work and I will take a look at it for free!! WHAT!? Someone would actually do something good for someone FOR FREE??? In McDonough?? In 2010?? This is unheard of! When I arrived Dennis and his brother both spoke with me and they were just sweet down to earth trustworthy guys. They literally put my car up on the lift and brought me out in the garage to show me what they found. I need a few other things, one of which may be on a warranty and the other, I 100% plan to take back for them to fix in the days to come, but I dont have to, I could take it back home and have my friend do it. It didnt matter, they just helped me out because that is what they do. If I could get this kind of customer service in fine dining or high end stores my life would be great all the time. I honestly left feeling happy even after a hectic day at work. Kind, honest individuals make me so happy even when I know it is going to cost me some money to get my car fixed down the road. Unbelievable! On top of that he gave me a referral for one of his friends who does wheel alignments and I am going to go tomorrow to get it done AND it is cheaper than getting it done back home in rural Ohio... who would think anything would be cheaper in McDonough than rural Ohio! THEY CARE. The guys at D&D are absolutely exceptional. They genuinely care about their customers and show it by offering excellent customer service and very affordable pricing. They make your budget a priority and insist on explaining every estimate.

For $200 LESS than what the dealership estimated to just replace my back brake pads and rotors, D&D was able to replace my pads and rotors, change my oil, replace a broken head gasket, do a thorough engine check AND replace, balance and rotate my tires. They are a godsend... And this all with a great attitude.

Today, right before a 5 hour road trip, I discovered my car was stalling at stop lights. With no notice, they repaired my car first thing and we are on our way.

Lastly, because the shop is attached to the gas station, you can drop-off or pick-up your vehicle anytime before 11 pm. No more racing to the repair shop before they close.

I love these guys. Thanks Dennis, D&D and team!

Wife and I were looking to buy a used car from this sketchy lot a couple miles north on Clark. The price was a little too good to be true so we wanted to get the car checked our. Found this place on Yelp and thought we would give it a try based on the ratings.

Called in advance but had no appointment. They were clearly busy but said no problem and had the car in for inspection in 15 minutes. We walked across the street for lunch and they had it out before I was done with my pita. I walked back over and Dennis tells me straight up do not buy this car. The odometer was rolled back, the suspension was a mess, tire wear, bad brakes, the list goes on. You think they would have tried to sell me on the car telling me they could fix it no problem. Just the opposite. Dennis said he wouldn't put his family in that car and to save my money. Then, get this, REFUSED TO TAKE MY MONEY! We had a bit of an argument about it but he flat out refused.

I've owned a fair number of cars and have spent a fair amount of time in shops. I have never had a better experience than at D&D. The guys are truly passionate about their work and their honesty and integrity is such a breathe of fresh air i was speechless. My wife and I are moving out of McDonough shortly and I'm so disappointed we didn't find this place sooner. Take your car here. Don't go anywhere else. They saved me thousands of dollars on a lemon. Quite simply, I needed an oil change and had no idea where to go. Used Yelp and this place had almost 5 stars so I trusted that...

The staff was awesome! They were very friendly and quick. I got in right away. Before any work was done, one of the men went through the process with me to explain that with a simple oil change, they would also rotate the tires and do fluid checks (complimentary).

There is a small waiting room with a tv and plenty of gossip magazines. :) I walked across the street to Jewel and did some quick grocery shopping.

They explained everything to me after they were finished (I know nothing about cars) and pulled my car up to the front. I expected to play at least $10 more than they charged me. I left a happy customer and now know I will definitely return with any car issues! Super friendly and helpful staff, great job!

The least i can do is add to the pile of stellar reviews.

I can't say enough good things about this place!!

My car was parked on a one-way street & someone side swiped my mirror. It was hanging by a thread so I was looking for a convenient, fair, & friendly auto-body shop. I read the reviews & went straight to D&D. The guys here are SO WONDERFUL: nice, efficient, friendly, & quick. They had me wait in the waiting area and offered me coffee. I only waited for tops 25 minutes.

HERE'S THE CLINCHER: THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THE WORK! The guy who owns the place said it was a quick & easy job and he couldn't charge.

fast, honest, & friendly service? What more could you ask for??

GO HERE!! SUPPORT LOCAL (& WONDERFUL) BUSINESSES!

I came in for the $28 oil change and tire rotation which I felt was very reasonable when I heard about the offer online. However I was not aware that with that service also came a 22 point safety inspection that filled all my fluids! Sweet deal.

Very obvious that these guys are pros and they want to keep you as a long term customer. I appreciated the fact that they were not pushy at all and did not try to sell me extra services. I will definitely recommend using them. Job well done guys.

Here is what you need to know:

1. I dropped my car off at noon, got a quote by 2:45, and will have the car back, fully repaired with new brakes, in a couple hours. When was the last time you had same-day car repair?

2. Quote was fair and there was no pressure in anyway. I felt like I could have shopped around more if I wanted to, but there was no need.

3. Fantastic customer service.

4. They dropped me off when I dropped off my car and picked me up when it was done.

Finding a mechanic you like and trust can be difficult. For those who are not fully car-literate, there is almost a leap of faith component to the process. I can confidently say I will be going back here if and when I should need more work.

Admittedly, I don't come onto Yelp until I need to look something up for review, and I rarely rate businesses on here. With D&D though, I not only feel compelled to do so but more so, obligated.

Dennis, Red and the staff here are awesome. They're dedicated, knowledgeable and likely one of the fairest businesses with which I've had the opportunity to do business (and I HATE car repairs; they typically stress me out).

D&D makes car repair easy, their pricing is extremely fair, they completely live up to their word, and they're very knowledgeable about what they do. They exhaust all options with great attention to detail and are the only place I'd recommend for auto repairs here in McDonough.

I unfortunately had to ask them for a reference for an auto body repair shop (gotta love it when other drivers aren't paying attention), and even their reference seems to be as much of a customer advocate as D&D is.

Many thanks to Dennis, Red and the rest of the staff at D&D. You make auto repair less stressful and you're a pleasure to do business with.

Over the years I have seen a variety of staff, but the consistent thing is that EVERY one of them is friendly, courteous, competent, and make me feel very welcome. I have had almost everything done to my cars during these eight years, and starting with D&D, they always try to solve the problem in the most cost-effective way possible. Now, D&D's son, Dennis, is carrying on this amazing tradition of awesome customer service and excellent auto maintenance.

D&D, Dennis and their entire staff have earned my loyalty forever. My most recent experience here was Thursday night, May 9. I had a really bad day, and drove to dinner a couple of miles from home. I immediately notice my tire air pressure light was back on, but since I knew I had a slow leak, I didn't fret until I got to the restaurant, and saw that the tire was REALLY low. After dinner, I drove to D&D, intending to just leave the car with the night clerk, and speak with Dennis or D&D in the morning via phone. However, the night clerk told me Steve was still here, and I went to discuss my problem with him. What can I say but that Steve handled everything quickly and efficiently, and he was just the kindest person ever. He even generously offered to drive me home when he got off work, but I had to decline due to time constraints. Steve made me feel really great after my crappy day, and raised me out of my less-than-happy state-of-mind; THANK YOU! And my car was ready in less than 24 hours.

It might seem extreme to talk about all of these guys as family, but that's probably only because I 1) see them more often than my family, and 2) they are all nicer than my family.

I usually go to the dealership to get my oil changed, but I didn't feel like going through the hassle of driving across town to get there. I wanted to go somewhere in the neighborhood and read good reviews of this place.

I called and made an appointment for the next day after work. When I got there, I was pleasantly greeted by one of the mechanics who brought me over to Dennis. Dennis was great and couldn't have been more personable and professional.

They have a waiting area, but I decided to go across the street to Jewel instead. Dennis offered to call me as soon as it was ready. When I returned, Dennis gave me the run down on my car, the condition of my brakes, etc. My car was in good condition and they didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need.

Since I only had an oil change, I can't speak for their other work, but I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely return.

I really can't say enough good things about D&D. When you need an oil change, they do the oil change and a full inspection, and they do it quickly, well, and for a fair prince. When you need more major work done, they're even more impressive. I had a break overhaul done with them, and they explained everything that needed to be done, showed me on the car what it looked like, and walked me through all of my options. They did the work well, and I haven't had a single additional issue with the breaks. Recently, when I took the car in for a power steering problem, they spent a ton of time trying to figure out what went wrong. They ultimately solved the problem, fixed it for 1/3 of what it would have been at the dealership, and didn't charge for nearly as many hours of labor as they actually spent working on the car. I highly and completely without reservation recommend D&D.

My car didn't want to start the other day, & I assumed the battery was dead. But, after letting it sit for a while, it decided it wanted to start again, which was great, but I thought it'd still be smart to have my battery checked out.

I stopped by D&D & it took them less than 10 minutes to bust out some device that checked out my battery, proving that it was in good shape after all! Totally a fluke thing that it wouldn't start the other day. & when I asked the guy what I owed him, he said I was good, & not to worry about it! Very excited about this, & I definitely plan on going here with all my auto needs in the future!

I needed to replace a bumper casing for my Mazda. I got several estimates from various places. I ended up choose D&D because of reasonable estimate, clean shop, and positive yelp reviews.
I just picked up my car and am happy to report they did an excellent job. The did a great job with the paint work and bumper case replacement. And, when I picked up the car it was sparkling clean. What a nice surprise!
I will use these guys again if I need auto body work. I will also consider using trying their other garage for auto repair work.
I highly recommend for auto body work.

Went to yelp for guidance, found tons of excellent reviews for D&D Kustoms... Sent in an estimate on-line, simple, accurate and an efficient way to do business.

Tech arrived on time, was very pleasant and did an excellent job with the dent removal. I can't tell where the original dent was, even in the Georgia sunshine.

I will be honest I was a little apprehensive because of how young the tech was, but I
learned that lesson again, never judge a book by its cover.

Great service, great job and a excellent experience!

I received a door ding on my two week old new car, and after receiving a recommendation from a body shop friend, I called D&D for an estimate. Dennis asked me to text message a photo of the damage to him, and I promptly received the estimate and scheduled the repair for a couple of days later at my office.

When D&D on time) he revised the estimate downward and got to work. About 45 minutes later, the ding and scratch were magically gone without a trace, and the car was back to showroom condition. Excellent work and extremely reasonable.

I don't mean to be redundant after all the five-star reviews for D&D kustoms and the strapping Dennis is hands down the best place to take your car to.

My battery died at work one Friday afternoon at 4:45pm. In my panic I called D&D, asking him if he could get me a new battery that same weekend. Even though he was fully booked, he told me to bring my car in early Saturday morning, which I did. Here is the kicker. Upon seeing my car (nothing exotic, just a Honda Civic), he immediately recalled, "I replaced the condenser in this car a year ago!" Which in fact he had. I was blown away. To me this is a sign he cares deeply about every car he has ever worked on.

Dennis is very professional, pleasant, explains everything in a language you can understand (at whatever level you care to), and gives you a very reasonable quote. His demeanor is really more like a doctor than a mechanic. If your car needs a doctor, give him a call. He does not make house calls, but you will be glad you found him. When you meet him, you just get the sense he gets a kick out of what he does, and it's good to know he cares about your car as much as you do.

Just brought in an old wagon to have them "pop-out" the front, right fender where someone had obviously backed into it and left without taking responsibility . (Counting on karma to catch up with the offender.)
Red did an absolutely perfect job in pushing out the rather large dent and doing his best to keep very old paint (with little remaining elasticity) intact and, in the end, easy for me to get ready to sell.
Red worked fast and gave me a fantastic price for the work. Strongly recommended is not a strong enough statement. D&D

I had 3 little dents/paint scratches in the rest drivers side door likely from an adjacent car in a parking lot. Anyhow, I had emailed Anson about getting them fixed after reading so many exceptional reviews of his work on Yelp. Of course, it was during the week of hail we had here in McDonough , so he was busy. However, he was very responsive and was able to get my door fixed quickly, correctly, and very reasonably. Furthermore, both D&D the guys working there were SO polite. The entire experience was very positive and I was quite pleased. I would most definitely call D&D again or recommend there work to anyone.

.. So after a long day of work, the last thing I needed was to get into a car accident, but considering the fact that it was my fault because I didn't break in time in the stop & go traffic, I guess I really have no one else to blame. I was definitely shaken by the whole situation & didn't really know who to call (aside from my boyfriend) & what to do regarding repairs. The gentleman that I hit was extremely nice & suggested that I shouldn't try to drive the car anywhere because some smoke had come out of my hood initially. Then it occurred to me that i had taken my car in to D&D Kustom Collision a few months back to have them fix my side mirror. They did a wonderful/efficient job then & I didn't see a reason to not try them again. I found their info in my glove box & called fully expecting it to go to voicemail because it was later in the day. Dennis picked right up & patiently listened to me explain the whole situation & arranged for a tow company to come get the car at no cost to me. I have AAA & my membership only covers 7 mi worth of towing & $9/$10 per mile after that. Dennis explained that if he has someone come tow my car, they can just bill the insurance company for that & it would roll into my total cost of repair (for which I'm only responsible for the deductible). The towing company arrived shortly after & all I had to do was give him my keys. Dennis was a nice very rassuring the entire time. He even texted me to let me know that my car had arrived safely at her shop. Throughout the entire process, he was amazing. He explained everything to me in great detail & completely put me at ease with that aspect of the accident. Sometimes I would have to initiate asking him for updates, but he always responded very promptly with whatever I needed. My car was finished a day or so earlier than they estimated & it was even detailed.. well, the driver/passenger area was, my backseat had some miscellaneous leaves on the seats.. but whatever, with the excellent service/quality of work that was provide to me, I wasn't about to complain. Overall, I definitely think that D&D Kustom Collision deserves their 5 star reputation on Yelp. I know that auto shops are usually a pain in the a** to deal with, but D&D Kustom Collision makes the whole process a dream. THANKS AGAIN !! :)

Amazing! I have never tried D&D before, and I had a pretty big dent on a contoured fender. The body shops all swore that D&D was a scam and didn't work. Dennis explained the process and had a lot of helpful information on his website, so I decided to go for it. The dent is completely gone and the contoured part of the fender looks like it did before the dent. This is a true art and Red is an amazing artist. My car looks like new, and it cost less than 2/3 of what the body shop wanted to charge. The best part is my paint is the same, so it still matches. Last time I used a body shop the paint matched right away, but over the years it faded very differently than the rest of the car. Not an issue with D&D. I highly recommend it and will be back the next time I get a dent.

At first I was skeptical until I went to D&D Kustom Collision. Dennis the office manager came out to greet me. Very professional and addressed all my concerns for my 2010 Mini Cooper. I thought it was going to be super expensive to fix my car. Boy was I wrong. Super cheap and perfect repairs to the body. Can't tell the difference where it was fixed. After my Mini was fixed Dennis even offer to drive the car to my home near by because I didn't have anyone to help me. Hands down super friendly honest work. Highly recommend for body work.

Anyways I got 2 estimates from other body shops but the quotes seemed to be very high and one shop insisted that I replace the rear bumper tho the damage was more cosmetic with only a small dent that appeared to be easily repairable.
I stumbled upon Tho's since it's somewhat close to my work location and decided to give them an e-mail since they offered online quotes if you provide the pics....in this day and age I really appreciate this type of forward thinking. Loan (from Tho's) did warn me that the quote will not be final until they got a visual inspection, which of course is necessary. I just wanted to know if the price was within ballpark range before I spend another hour taking the car in for inspection. So much props for their online quote method which no other place that I checked offered.
In addition, the price was very reasonable (about 10-15% lower than the other two places I got a quote from) and what I really appreciated was that Tho informed me that they usually encourage customers to stick with their current bumpers and fix them if possible before turning to a new or refurbished bumper. So this added a level of trust since they were not insisting I use new parts.
Only slight inconvenience was that they were fully booked for a week and a half before I can get my car worked on, but I guess that attests to the fact that they get a lot of customers so I could not complain much. Heck I had the damage for over 3 months so what is another week and a half, right?
I'm not crazy meticulous like some other car enthusiasts, but I took a good look and the repair was very very good since I could not notice any color differences or imperfections which would hint to a repair.
I cannot speak to longevity of the repair since it's been only about a month, but I really appreciate honest car shops, so I had to write a review. They also touched up a minor scratch without additional charge on my rear panel.
You won't be disappointed with if your experience mirrors mine at all.

Just adding to the rest of the wonderful reviews for D&D. I, too, was very impressed with RED and D&D. I was skeptical of this process, but after reading the numerous positive reviews on yelp decided to give it a shot. And very glad I did! D&D was incredible...very thorough and a perfectionist with my vehicle! The best part besides his seamless work...is he completed the work in my garage! Thank you for offering that option!

My dent was pretty good sized and the paint was scratched a fair amount. I could not believe how much he reduced the sight of the scratches and removed the dent completely. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Scheduling was a piece of cake and the email estimate feature was so easy too! An all around successful repair and affordable compared to auto body work.

One happy customer here!

This shop does body work and mechanical repairs. They also have towing service, and I was impressed with how new and clean the tow truck is!

I have taken my car for body work, brake replacement, A/C repair, and various other issues. I also get regular service and safety checks.

The representative who coordinates service, Yun, is always friendly and efficient. Service is completed within the estimated time, and often earlier than expected. They seem familiar with insurance procedures and have even been helpful with facilitating a car rental through an insurance claim.

There have never been problems with communication; they have always kept me clearly informed about what needs to be repaired and how much it should cost and how long it will take.

The location on McDonough pkwy is easily accessible. This shop is my first choice for any auto repair issue.

D&D Kustom Collision... holy cow this place runs a tight ship.

Brought my 07 Tundra in for repair and after I accidentally backed it into a concrete wall. They repaired it beautifully. Seriously.... I was very happy.

State Farm gave me an estimate on repairs and D&D Kustom Collision still saved me money.

Crazy thing is... they do so much more than just auto body and paint.

Homeboy (Red and his crew) were able to fix 15 other minor repairs and fix ups on my truck when I brought it to his attention. So all I'm saying is... don't hesitate to ask him... you may be surprised at all the things they can do for you.

I've also taken my truck here on several occasions and Red is straight up, honest and fair every time. I'm super glad I now have an excellent choice for Auto Care that's close by.

Even somewhere as high-end as Lexus does not give me the service I expect.

I brought my 2011 IS250 to D&D in the morning and it was ready by the evening! Talk about quick and efficient. Fastest turnaround ever! Dennis said that I had some dings on parts of the bumper that I hadn't mentioned to fix (I didn't even know about them, but given the terrible driver I am, it was probably likely that I had a whole bunch of dings haha) but he fixed it for me! D&D hooked me up again. I've now come to D&D to have damage repaired on two different cars since 2011. I've also had them install new brakes and take care of all my scheduled maintenance. I've never had such trust in a business, and Dennis is really just a kind, honest person. He truly seems to care about me as a customer and takes so much pride in his business.

Well, last night while heading home from work I ran over a 1/2" diameter metal bolt and it drilled right into my tire. I have roadside assistance through AT&T, and when they told me that someone from D&D was driving out, my mood completely lifted. It's sort of like hearing that a friend is on their way. Sure enough, when the D&D's repair guy arrived (just 20 minutes after I called, and I was all the way in villa rica), he told me that he heard my name and sent someone out to help right away. The guy changed my tire and took a note of the model so Yun could order me a new one in case the damaged one couldn't be repaired. The charge for the service exceeded AT&T's $50 coverage, but true to Yun's style, he had already instructed his guy to waive the balance.

Today I drove out to D&D to see if Dennis could patch the tire. He greeted me like a friend, made the repair in five minutes, and sent me on my way free of charge. Cannot say enough about this place. There's a reason D&D's customers are so devoted! I would NEVER go anywhere else

P.S. I have to add that while I was there today, I overheard Dennis on the phone trying to very politely manage what sounded to be like someone giving him a very hard time over the price of a part. Dennis would never complain about a customer, but I can! I have purchased multiple parts through Dennis and he has never failed to offer the absolute lowest price available... and trust me, I am good at finding deals. He is so accommodating of his customers that I sometimes worry he hurts his business to ensure that people are happy. I think that whoever was on the phone today nickle and diming Dennis, and speaking to him in such a rude and demanding way that I could hear it coming from the phone in the waiting room, should be ashamed of themselves. Lets not take advantage of the few remaining honest, hard-working, and customer-oriented small business owners in this world!

I brought my fiance's Honda Civic to D&D for some bodywork & engine work. They were VERY helpful, giving us a great price on the body, paint & engine work that we needed. They began working on our car promptly, and even sent us pics of the car during the repair & engine work process to show us what was happening!!! Our car was finished ahead of their estimated completion date, and their work surpassed my expectations, which are pretty high, since I have quite a bit of knowledge when it comes to auto body work & engine repairs. Great Service, Great Prices & Awesome Work. I will DEFINITELY bring my cars to D&D in the future & would highly recommend D&D to anyone on Yelp. Just ask for Red!

I scraped my car along one of the pillars at 24 Hour cvs. After sobbing hysterically, I took my car to three places to get a quote. Out of the three, I picked d.n.d because their quote was the cheapest and also because they specialize in BMW's. What blew me away about d,n.d was the EXCELLENT service. Red and Dennis and their crew are the best. You never would have known that whole right side of the car was dented in with yellow paint streaks all over. Not only was the workmanship excellent, they were very patient with me and my somewhat picky and demanding boyfriend. This is the first time that I felt bad about not getting charged more at an auto body shop. I definitely will be taking all of my auto body work to D&D now on

Last night my van broke down and needed a tow. This is never a fun or convenient experience but it happens. The insurance company sent Dennis from D&D Kustom collision and he was a true professional through and through! He showed up with a cheerful attitude and apologized for how long it took (It was about an hour, but that's fully how long I expected to wait anyway). I have a very large "mainland" van (GMC Savana) and Dennis took the extra time to double and triple check all his hookups. Even as we went though intersections, he constantly adjusted the lift to account for bumps in the road, ensuring the tow was as smooth as possible. This business should be proud to have employees such as Dennis working for them. He represented them well and I will definitely consider if I need work done to my vehicles in the future.

100% SATISFIED! A+++ Grade! This place is awesome, I chose this shop after seeing a plethora of positive reviews on Yelp; I was not disappointed. I needed a new rear bumper on my '10 Altima after somebody rear ended it. I got my car back the same day when other auto repair shops were telling me that it would take 2-3 days to complete the job! D&D also hooked me up with a loaner car even though he didn't need to! In conclusion, I got a deal going w/ D&D and in the end I saved a lot of $. These positive reviews are a testament to the quality work and customer service D&D Kustom collision offers. Thanks again to D&D Kustom collision and all of his workers at D&D Kustom collision for a job well done.

D&D Kustom collision saved the day! Last Friday, I drove my wife's brand new Honda Accord to the gym, and as I was leaving the gym I reversed right into a yellow pillar. All I could think of was "My wife is gonna kill me!!" Her car bumper was trashed! I got on the phone and called Red at D&D Kustom collision . I explained the situation and he said bring it down now. I dropped off the car and he hooked me up with a loaner vehicle. Yun knew the situation I was in with my wife so he said he would take care of everything. Later that same day Red called me and said the car was finished. I was shocked! I went straight down and grabbed the car. It was back to brand new in less than 1 day!!!! This shop is a hidden gem! Straight up unbelievable work and great value. I know for a fact that other shops would've charged more than double what D&D did. I can't say enough about this Auto body shop. They have a customer for life. I have recommended two other people here already!!! Call D&D Kustom collision and ask for Red he will take care of you like family!

In the process of moving back from Colorado to Georgia, we had been advised that we would be better off selling our 2012 Ford Focus rather than shipping it back. I had taken it to a Ford dealership and they offered me $9500 for it. I had the distinct impression that a big part of that was the dents and scrapes on it. I decided to have the dents removed (none of them were huge) and found Front Range Dent Removal via Yelp. I met with Red and he quoted me $1100 in a great quote that was broken down by panels of the car. He also said that he would only charge me $750 if I did all of the work at once. When I asked how long it would take, he told me he could do it in a day. I knew that he was really busy with hail damage-related insurance work but I asked him if he could do it in the next few days as I was leaving for Georgiai in a little over a week at that point and he said that he would fit me in.

I took the next day to get some other quotes. They ranged from $1100 to $1400 and, as far as time went, the shortest time I was quoted was 3 days. I decided to go with D&D for the work.

I could not have been happier with the work that was done. He did a fantastic job of getting the dents and scrapes out and he did it in about 6.5 hours. I highly recommend Front Range Dent Removal to any one that needs this type of work. D&D is very professional and excellent at what he does.

I had Dennis from D&D come out and fix 3 dents from a ladder on the cab of my Toyota Tacoma today. He was on time (a big pet peeve of mine) and gave me enough information for me to make an informed decision about what I wanted to do to fix the truck. It took him about 4 hours but my truck now looks brand new again and I'm very happy with the service.

Also, I got two other estimates from other auto body shops that were both about double what I was charged so I feel like he did a great job and did so without cheating me on price. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their car/truck fixed.

We came here due to damage done on our bright red Honda Fit. A driver in an adjacent parking stall pulled out, hit the motorcycle next to our car and the motorcycle fell against our drivers side door. The driver was nice and honest enough to leave his name and phone number. So I worked with his insurance company and decided to go with D&D since it was one of their recommended and authorized body shops. After the estimate was done, I was told by the insurance company that I wasn't required to go here if I had another body shop I wanted to go to instead. I chose to stay with D&D due to the following.

The staff here was very friendly and communication during the initial process was excellent. This continued throughout the whole process with daily updates on where the repairs were and when the completion will occur. Needless to say they finished ahead of schedule. When I picked up the car, it was also washed and vacuumed.

This overall experience has been positive and the work was excellent (see photos of before and after). If ever I need to get body work, I will do so with D&D.

Family owned business. I shopped around for places to take my new Range Rover Evoque to and I saw a bunch of places that were dumpy and unprofessional looking. AllState recommended D & D and after going there, I was very impressed with their clean and professional looking shop.

I had a driver's side door ding and needed a new door shell. They ordered it through Land Rover and it came all the way from England in a couple weeks (not many places stock that part, so it had to be shipped. For more common cars, I don't think the wait would be long at all... if any). The door shell came in ahead of time. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and hitched rides around town with friends for a few days. When I was told that they might need the weekend to dry the paint, D & D gave me a loaner car for free! I was totally impressed by that. They saved me a ton of money. I picked the car up on Monday morning and it was like brand new.

Overall, excellent service, very friendly, professional, and a great place to take your "baby" for repairs. I highly recommend!

McDonough is just one of the places you could call quite until somebody hits your car and makes a run for it. The cops won't help you and your pride is ruined. I happened to be one of those unlucky fellow to receive dents from unknown sources. On my front driver door, I had an uneven 1-2" ding along with protruding creases. On my front passenger door, I had a very uneven dent and creases that was caused by a car that backed up into my door on a driveway. I didn't want to go the body shop so I looked up D&D Kustom Collision.

Before I went with D&D, I met with two other companies who could give me an estimate. One was cheaper than D&D while the other was slightly more expensive. The reason why I went with D&D Kustom Collision because when I spoke with Red, he seemed to be more confident than the other two. He informed me that his job will not be a 100% fix, but around 90%. I was fine with his decision since life isn't perfect.

I had him come to my house to work on my dents and he spent a total of 3 hours. Of those hours, I watched his technique and was quite intrigued at the process. He had a hard time working on the driver side door but he told me that the metal was thinned out and kept popping back in. Even though it looked like a simple ding, it wasn't an easy task. He did eventually fix the problem and the protruding creases around it.

The second dent was much larger and seemed to be more difficult than the other one but he actually had an easier time working on it. The dent was so slanted I thought it would be impossible to fix without going to the body shop. I watched him using the metal rods to to massage the dents out and using a small hammer to gently pound it back to almost 95-99% flat. He works in position that may looked uncomfortable but I understood that he was trying make sure that the fix would refract light properly with very minimum distortion.

Overall the service and pricing were very reasonable while the quality of his work exceeded my expectations. I do recommend him if you have dings or dents that you need to repaired .

I was rear ended just prior to shipping my car to Hawaii.

USAA provided me a list of a number of auto body shops I could use. I read a few reviews of D&D Kustom Colliision and thought they sounded good. Very glad I decided to take my car to them.

Here is a summary.
1. Very nice and friendly staff.
2. Fantastic customer service. Numerous calls and emails to me updating me on the status of scheduling the repair, the status of my repair, and when the job was completed.
3. Fast service - told the repair would probably take 3 days. They had the car finished in 1.5 days
4. In addition to fixing the damage to my car (which looked fantastic when they were done) when I picked the car up I found my car was washed and detailed.

This shop is really great. If your looking for a place to do body work on your car, look no further. if you do continue to search, your wasting your time. I could not be happier about the job they did and the service they provided.

2 months ago my wife 2013 BMW 550i was hit from the back, D&D with Dennis and Red took care of the damage with an amazing time and absolute incredible work, they took care of every little detail in the car and assure us that if we have ANY issue what so ever, they will take care of it. We were extremely happy.
Of curse with my luck, 2 weeks later I hit someone from the back making a lot of damage to my front 2013 BMW X5, I asked from my insurance to only go back to D&D to take care of the repair, and that was an other smart decision,
D&D crew are absolutely incredible!!!! there are really no other way to describe the way that shop is operating, they knew it will take a while for all the original parts to arrive, they offered me to wait an other 2 weeks until their loner car will be available, I did.
I dropped off the car and they gave me the loner to take care of my needs.
After 2 weeks car is ready, bran spanking new.
In addition, all along the process Red and Dennis kept me updated.
This is the BEST SHOP you could find in the state for ALL YOUR CAR NEEDS.
They care!!!!
Thank you D&D for this wonderful experience that is usually not the story when you deal with car shops.

A large SUV rear-ended me + da force was enuff fo' cause my stopped car to tap da vehicle in front of me (which was my husband's newly-purchased new-used car). Luckily, da accident was in McDonough right before a fleet of a dozen GHP officers on motorbikes got to witness da whole ting.

Police report was filed, registration + insurance cards were taken down, and we wen go along our merrily way.

Fast forward --- once da accident was reported online (LOVE GEICO!!!), den an appointment was scheduled with D&D Kustom Collsion + a GEICO employee who took photographs of the damage, produced an estimate of replacement parts/labor, and cut me a check.

Easy jus' l'dat. I wish everting in life were so simple.

Back in December of 2010, I got into an accident and my Durango got dinged up. I got hit by a girl speeding and not paying attention- I was salty and sour, but man- I found D&D Kustom Collision and the experience was awesome.

From the first day I met him after taking my SUV to his shop, both he and Will were nothing but great. My car was taken care of well and to this day if I didn't tell you I was in an accident, you couldn't be able to tell due to their great work.

Joe is solid, he's a cool brother and very understanding. When a few of my parts were delayed, he paid out of pocket for my rental to be extended just so me and my family weren't car-less!

If you get into an accident, see Red- heck- if you ding your door or smash your bumper you should still go see him, the quality of his work is ON-POINT!

Literally the best customer service i've ever received, not just from an auto body shop but just in general! The staff are really nice, attentive to your questions and concerns and they are so good at keeping in touch with you to update you on your vehicle's situation.

Prior to going to D&D kUSTOM COLLISION I had received an estimate elsewhere, and the service was not half as good as it was at D&D, the other place told me that my vehicle would not be able to be brought in until early December, what the hell! My car was rear-ended in October. Uhm no thank you! SO glad I decided to bring my car to
D&D. The office is nice and clean, and there's free coffee and tea while you wait!

I would especially like to shout out to Red which provided outstanding customer service! He did my estimate and was extremely knowledgeable and efficient he was also informative and told me exactly what the process would be and even gave me a time estimate. he even predicted that there might be more damage behind the bumper in addition to the exterior damage done to my bumper and he was right! Therefore, the time to fix my car was extended but totally expected. What's even more awesome was that when I brought my car in, I needed a rental car from Hertz and Red was
kind enough to give me a lift to Hertz and even stay with me until I got my rental car! A-freaking-mazing customer service.

Keep it up D&D, I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that asks and if you're reading this review, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO trust me.

I'm so impressed with D&D Kustom Collision. I mainly worked with Dennis, but everyone I spoke with there was wonderful! My car was repaired faster than expected and looks great! They even washed it before I picked it up. They were able to make a stressful situation easier. They work directly with State Farm so rather than wait State Farm to pay me, so I can then pay them, they did EVERYTHING. Even helped set up my rental. I just showed up.

The paint job comes with a lifetime warranty on peeling, fading etc. I asked if it also cover little old ladies hitting my parked car in parking lots again. They said no. Guess you gotten draw the line somewhere. Lol! Doesn't hurt to ask!

One never really wishes to write a review of an auto body shop, as it means they were in an accident of some sorts, however I'm happy that my car accident brought me to D&D Kustom Collision, because you really can't hope for better service or body work.

Growing up, my mother had an issue with making left hand turns....on a regular basis, she would collide with something and end up destroying many cars in her path. My parent's insurance company would send her to shady auto body shops who would write phony repair estimates I'm sure you know how the story goes.

When my insurance company gave me a few choices of auto body shops to choose from, I checked them out on Yelp, and D&D was the easy front runner based on their reviews, and the fact that they had Saturday hours which is perfect for someone like myself who works full-time. The estimate process was seamless, and they communicated effortlessly with myself and my insurance company. Once the estimate was approved by the at fault party's adjuster I was able to drop my car off, get into a rental, and my car was ready within the quoted time frame. The body work was flawless, and you can't tell that there was any damage done at all.

I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back here again, and would definitely reccomend this shop to anyone looking for an auto body shop.

I guess I would be considered a repeat customer. My vehicle was involved in a fender bender again. This time my GF was behind the wheel.

There was no second guessing that i would take my car back to the guys at D&D Kustom Collision. It was their Aloha and excellent customer service that convinced me trust them with the restoration of my vehicle to factory finish. The next day after the accident, i called up paul and he had my car towed from my house to the shop. I wanted KW to take care of my claim.

That was the last phone call that i made on my behalf. From then on, Dennisl took car of everything. He called me at least once a week updating me on their progress. A couple weeks later he called me with the good news that my car was finished.

The car needed a new fender, driverside headlight, and several misc. parts. The car looked better than the day i bought it. I couldnt have asked for anything more. They have an inhouse detailer that took care of both the outside and inside of vehicle.

Its unfortunate the my car was in a minor accident, but im glad that it was resolved .

Kustom Collision place I go next time (but let's hope there isn't a next time...).I had an incident in one of Honolulu's many narrow parking structures yesterday - the front end of my Prius got scratched up. It could've been worse, but I was really bummed about it. I researched auto body places by my office in Mapunapuna and came across D&D Kustom Collision, with a 5-star average rating. I emailed a photo of the damage to them this morning and asked for a quote. I got a very quick response from Red who said that it's possible the scratch could be buffed out, and if not, a paint job could cost around $500. I stopped by before work, met with Red who went to get painter, and what do you know - was able to buff out the scratch in about 10 seconds! Turns out all it needed was a little paint thinner. even buffed out the residue from my expired vehicle inspection sticker! They didn't charge me anything and I was out of there in under 10 minutes.

I really appreciate their responsiveness, positive attitudes, and willingness to take a few minutes to help someone who isn't even a paying customer. That's what customer service is all about! I definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs auto body work, and will be the first D&D

Thank you!

After my car got hit on the rear bumper, I did research on what USAA approved shop (the other person's insurance company) would be good. I liked the reviews that D&D Kustom Collision received so after taking my car for them to look at and meeting the Serviced Manager, No, DennisI made my decision final to have them repair my car. Because of the outstanding reviews they received, I also asked them to fix my rusting rock chipped roof and repaint it and also my front right fender as there were some scratches on it I wanted fixed.

To sum it up in one word: WOW!

Dennis said they would fix my bumper and it will look like brand new and he was not kidding. You can't even tell it was even hit. The color matching of the paint is spot on and they finished the job in a vary reasonable amount of time. As far as the roof goes, they explained what they did (strip old paint, primer, block sand, repaint) which assured me even more that they deserve the 5 stars just as everyone else has been rating them. As any car enthusiast knows, it is all about the prep work done to achieve a quality paint job and they did it right. My front passenger side fender is cherry too.

All I know, as my friends and family know how picky I am (hard to please), is I am very happy with how everything came out. Thus, this review letting everyone know that D&D Kustom Collision is top notch. I'm happy I found them through Yelp and they were on USAA's list of approved body shops. Anyone who needs bodywork done on their car or a paint job, I will always refer D&D. Not that Maaco should ever be used in the same sentence as D&D, but those that seek the deep discounts will get what they pay for so do it right the first time...D&D rocks!

OMG! I'm so mad at myself for not doing before and after photos!

To the review... I needed/wanted to get some dents out of my car. The body shop I was going to recommended me to find a paintless dent removal service due to the location of one of my dents (along the seam of my driver door). I found D&D Kustom Collision on Yelp and called to get a quote. I was pretty pleased with the price and made my appointment.

I arranged with them and my friend to get the work done at my friend's house. I have an apartment, so the process at my place would have been difficult. I arrived a little late and added on a rim to be refinished, so he didn't get done with everything until about 5 hours later. HOLY MOLY! I couldn't tell I had curbed my rims at all, and the dents were gone without a trace!

I'm super happy with the work that was done. I'm hoping that I never need to call them again, but in case something happens (knock on wood), I'll be calling them to get my car fixed, for sure!

My car and I have a history of not doing parking structure pillars very well. Most recently, as I backed out of a stall and turned too early, I slammed into a pillar and got a huge, lovely dent on my driver's side fender. Oops.

I shopped around for auto body repair options and ultimately decided that it didn't make sense throwing more money than I needed to on a cosmetic flaw on a 13-year-old car that is purely utilitarian to me. I just wanted the dent gone.

That's why I went with D&D Kustom Collisioni. I really liked how I could text photos of the damage for an initial assessment and estimate, and how I got a response right away, within a couple of minutes of sending!

Red, the technician, was very clear about setting expectations from the beginning about how it would look after the dent was pushed out and molded back into shape. He was honest in saying it wouldn't look 100 percent perfect -- the metal would have some rippling and the deep scratches would still be there -- but it now looks much better than it did when it was dented. Refer to my photos to see what I mean.

I'll be looking into some touch-up work to mask the scratches, but going with Prodent still saved me money, compared to if I had gotten the panel entirely replaced.

Thanks so much Red for your prompt response, honesty and great work!

Living in McDonough, door dings are a way of life. It doesn't matter how much care you show your car, other people around here could care less. I've owned my car for less than a year and in that time, I've accumulated three door dings here.

I've heard about paintless dent repair before, but was hesitant, as all three dings were right on my body lines (Dodge Challenger). I called D&D for a quote and was told that they could fit me in the very next day!

Dennis agreed that it would be difficult, but then assured me that he loved the challenge. Dennis is, for lack of a better word, a true magician. He transformed my car from unsightly to amazing! You can't even tell that the dents used to be there. He is a master of his craft and definitely worth more than a simple five star Yelp rating! I hope to never need his service again, but if I do, he would be the only one I would trust with my car.

If your car is damaged and you're thinking about getting it fixed, stop reading this immediately and call D&D...now!!

It is a very cold season and Hondas don't do well in this kind of weather unless you have a team of workers from this establishment that can keep you moving in the right direction. It didn't have my selection of vehicle to select from the options so I just chose Acura. I took my car to this shop and they have showed me that they can take on my car. I have loved exotic cars ever since I saw them in tv shows and movies. I decided to get into the scene of exotic cars and I always have brought my cars to D&D Kustom Collision to give them detail washes and tune ups. I have also brought my Porsche here for my seats to have my logo put on them. The custom work they do are great and their prices can't ever be beat. Whats going on D&D? Working with the police department gives me the opportunity to work with different types of people around Henry County. I love your showroom and love the fact that you treated me and my kids like any customer should be treated. I spoke with Dennis at the shop about helping me get my car back up and running to where it can pass smog. His team of workers did everything including a tune up. They got my car to pass and now I can give my car to my oldest son.

My project is on the way at this shop I have my Subaru WRX there. I am getting my suspension changed, new tires put on, dents taken out and a paint job. I am getting ready for our annual car show which we are 5 years strong. Me and my team always show what kind of designs we have that take peoples breathes away. We are always hosting these kind of events to get a lot of people that love tuner cars. We were in the shop and saw the cars they had on their walls that they customized. They look great and always take care of us too

My ride got scratched up when I was parked up at the club I think some chick did it that I used to talk to. anyways i took it to da homie to get it buffed out but it was too deep of a scratch so they had to go in on it. They got my paint back right though I never thought they would be able to match it back to what it was. My 2014 Buick is my baby and I would do anything to get her looking right again woman scratch free

I was in shock when I was at work and my co-workers said there was a crow on my car just releasing hell on my mustang. I have a drop top and I do not know what the heck I did to this crow to deserve this. I had scratches all over the hood of my car and the top liner was a little scratched up too. I took my car to this company and they gave me an estimate on the repairs. I couldn't ask the crow if it had insurance, call the cops on it or ask why it had did what it did. I surely would not have went outside if I saw that to try to stop it because who knows it might have had other birds waiting for me to kill me.

I work with Chrysler here in McDonough, Ga. I have been working with Dennis for the past 3 years. Everytime we need one of our cars looked at his company is always there to help us with customers damage. They are the number 1 go to people for damage repairs. I take my car there all the time and I will recommend everyone else do so too. Thanks again D&D Kustoms.

I was coming back from Macon and I was hit on the freeway by someone that was not paying attention to the road. I had gotten side swiped while his car was already spinning and I was in the car with my kids. Everyone was okay but my car wasn't. Our insurance company recommended us to you and it was a great recommendation. It took a few weeks for my car to be repaired and and we a rental car for that time because I don't know what I would do without a car.

I took my car in for repairs yesterday I love that they are open on Saturday's. Most of the shop I looked at were closed but they were open and I was given an estimate on the work I needed done. I am getting my headliner replaces in my car, getting tinted windows and getting a few dents pulled on the side of my car. I can't wait to see the work they do on my car I also don't want it rushed so I know that they will do it real nice for me. Patience is a virtue.

When I bought my 2002 Cadillac Escalade it was in pretty poor shape, but I got a great deal on it & knew the perfect place to take it to. The wonderful people at D&D Kustoms went above & beyond my expectations. From my two toned red suede and tan leather interior with built in box & Cadillac emblems galore. The inside is untouchable. I have two train horns & Kustom 26” rims painted to match. My Escalade is outstanding to say the least & it runs like its brand new.

Thank you so much D&D

They will not let you down! If ever there was a business name to shout from a mountain top it would be this one! I love these guys, but what I love even more than their customer service that makes you feel like family is the work they do. My car looks like new. I was sick when I got into an accident a month ago, but even though the accident was completely my fault I was treated with respect & D&D talked directly to the insurance company for me anytime I had an issue. This is the only repair shop I will ever use again. I just got my oil changed & my wife did as well. Hey Tuesday is lady’s day for oil changes they have a great deal for all of you lady’s. No need to worry that these guys would ever trick you into repairs you don't need either. My wife agreed these guys are A+!!! Thanks Guys can not say it enough!!

My brakes were making my car shake and my transmission was pausing before it was going into gear. I took my car to D&D and they I haven't had a problem since. They worked directly with my insurance company and I had no hassle. I highly recommend them to do any repair, custom and scheduled maintenance work.

I got my car in May of this year. I purchased it after the passing of my husband. He always wanted me to have a custom car, so my car is very important to me for that reason. Immediately after I bought it, I took it to D&D for it to be customized to better fit my personality. The work was incredible, better than I ever expected. Then in August I was rear ended at a stop light, so I returned back to D&D for my repair work. I was very impressed with the care they took to determine if there were any hidden damages, or damage to my custom parts along with the obvious outside damage. I got my car back in great time, but I was hit by a school bus a week later. Now, my luck my be bad but the car still looks great, you would never know it has ever been involved in an accident at all, let alone two. So now that I am officially a regular there, I can tell you the staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. I always recommend D&D to my family and friends. I wouldn't trust any other shop with my car or theirs. From my custom work to my collision repairs it’s definitely the best shop, hands down.
