Cylinder Head on 1998 BMW 328i

What is the likely-hood that there is also a problem with cylinder head and how much additional would this be to repair?

NOT SURE WHAT YOUR ASKING BUT IF THE 328 WAS OVERHEATED AND BLEW THE HEADGASKET THERE IS A 50/50 CHANCE THAT THE HEAD MAY BE CRACKED. YOU WOULD ALSO NEED TO CHECK THE BLOCK FOR WARPAGE BETWEEN CYLINDERS 2-3 AND 3-4. IF THE HEAD IS CRACKED IT WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED.
