Question: cuts off while driving

it cuts off sometimes when i first start it, and sometimes while i am drivig, i had some acid on my battery & a guy poured some water on my battery and it seems like its been doing it since then, i thought once it dried it would be ok that was about a month ago do you know what it could be thank you

    Check that the battery connections are clean, tight and secure. Hot water and baking soda cleans battery terminal corrosion, (do not allow this to get in your eyes). Battery corrosion may be a sign that your battery is at the end of its useful life.
    I have seen the electrical portion at the ignition switch that has an electrical harness that extends to the fuse box fail and give a problem similar to what you say and fuel pump/main relay issues are also frequently a problem.
