 Rookie

I was driving my accord ex 5 speed pulled out the parking lot and it just cut off and would'nt cut back on. Changed the main relay and still nutin, tried to jump it, (has new battery and started) and still wouldnt come back on. Checked all fuses and all are good. Need help, looked it up and I've seen it could be the ignition switch, could this be the problem ?
