    This is the first time I've been to a car repair shop that had excellent customer service. They knew what they were doing and the guys there are friendly and humorous. They'd put you before anything else. I went in today and they were slammed but they were able to schedule a repair on that day for me.

    I noticed their customers are also faithful clients. When one of them would walk in, they'd greet them by their names and converse for a while. I'm not surprised why these 2 people before me gave good reviews. I have to agree with them as well.

    They also offered me a rewards card and a bag filled with goodies after I had made my payment. Now those little perks, along with the excellent service, are just some of the few reasons for me to go back to them. I'm now a lifetime customer.

    I have used this shop for five years or so. JJ & Charles do an outstanding job. Excellent customer service, great work and a fair price. What more could you ask for?
