Sounds like your front suspension bushings are old and dried out causing noise that gets louder when worked harder when going over bumps or turning. Could also be a dry socket at anything like the ball joints/upper strut bearings/tie rods but leaning more toward the rubber bushings. Sometimes you can pinpoint by spraying a penetrating lube on them individually and narrow down the culprit or it will be obvious if you see severe cracking and splitting.
