Question: cranshaft positioning sensor code 0340

replaced sensor cleared code, camshaft position a bank 1 circut malfuntion. car will not start still, fuses are good, fuel preasure good. no other codes. starts for a sec. with sterting fluid.

    It is usually the seal around the distributor housing that cracks and lets oil leak in. Your camshaft position sensor is the lower black connection in that housing.

    Couldn't find a seal so just found another distributor on ebay.
