I have removed the bolt on the crankshaft, but have failed to be able to remove the crankshaft.

     Master

    You will need a special puller to remove the crankshaft pulley on your 2001 Chevrolet Impala.

    yes I bought that special puller, but after removing the bolt, the crankshaft still will not come off. The book says I should be able to remove it with my hands, but I can't. What can I do? Thanks!!
