My car died while driving it. The gas gauge was reading empty, though I was sure I had gas. Put more gas in, half tank, and nothing. She cranks but won't turn over. I checked my relays, fuses, power to relays at PCM, ran diagnostic scanning tool and got no codes back, relaced fuel pump module and fuel filter. The car had sat for a while, once for two yrs, got running for about 6 months and then down again for year. When I replaced fuel pump, the sock filter was really dirty, don't know if it's clogged line? The check engine light also came on for week or two before car died. Towed to shop 2 days ago and all they can tell me so far is there is 15lbs of pressure at fuel rail and no spark. I thought if it was cam or crank shaft sensor it would've shown up on scanner. I checked my tear down/rebuild book for compatibility and proper use of scanner. I'm at a loss, and although this car has been a real money pit...I just want my baby fixed. Thanks in advance for any and all help ;)

1998 Plymouth Breeze Question: Cranks but won't turn over

you need 3 things to run, compression, spark and fuel. one or more of these are missing.
you need a good shop to properly diag it for you. 15 lbs is way too low in fuel pressure.
lots of issues with wiring for the cam and crank sensors.
use the directory tab at the top of the page for a list of shops in your area.
