I filled up with gas and added 1 quart of oil. 10 miles later on the highway, the van stalled and would not start again. I replaced PCV prior to this incident due to oil in my oil filter. I replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump relay after the incident to no avail. I am not sure if it is fuel or spark that is the problem. Any direction as to where I should first look. Moderate auto repair experience.

You can check for spark and fuel in 1 step by spraying some Carb Cleaner into the Throttle Body, if it fires, then it is a fuel delivery problem, if it does not, then you have no spark.
