Trustworthy and I've never been displeased with the work. Craig has been the only person I trust to take care of my vehicles once a warranty's passed. (If I could get warranty work at his shop, it's the one stop I'd make.)

I had some major problems with the installation of an aftermarket air conditioner for my Jeep Wrangler. I had tried numerous shops and no one knew what to do. And the one shop that tried to help me made the problem worse. Lucky for me, I got a reference from my local auto parts store. Craigs Auto Electric and A/C. Craig new exactly what to do and repaired all the mistakes made by previous shops. The air conditioning system now works and looks like OEM. I am very pleased with his work. Price was fair. In the future, I will take my vehicles to him for repairs. I have and will continue to recommend him to my friends.

After three different shops (one a dealership where I bought the truck)said it would have to have the line replaced by a dealership due to a pinhole leak, craig fixed it with a clamp and sealer for $200 vs, the $800+ I was quoted everywhere else. And he fixed it that day verses waiting for the dealership to get around to ordering the Kit and get to it.

My family has been going to Craig's for over 15 years. Recently an auto repair chain wanted to charge me thousands to fix problems I kept having with my car, even after I had been there and had them "fixed" twice already. Craig fixed everything that was wrong with my car for $400. He has always been honest, and that is a rare find in any repair shop, let alone an auto repair shop. Today I took my husband's Mustang in because a chain told him he needed $1400 in repairs, brakes, etc. We took it to Craig and he checked the car and reported that only the brakes needed to be replaced and had it ready by the end of the day. We will look no further than Craig's for our vehicle needs. He is honest, reliable, and will do what is best for you and your vehicle without trying to pad his bill or meet a quota. We love you Craig!!!

It is so rare today to find a mechanic with car repair and maintenance knowledge. I have been going to Craig for 6-7 years now and he never ceases to amaze me. I wanted to check out my car for a road trip, he went way beyond what I expected, checking things for wear, maintenance, road conditions I might encounter and even helped me find the source of a sound that was nagging me for some time. I needed to repair my rear tires. Other repair companies or dealerships could have told me anything to get their Quota for the day.
There isn't a quota sytem with Craig for daily repairs just honest to goodness super car care.
I recommend him to everyone and then pray they don't all show up when I need to schedule my car work. Thanks Craig may God bless your businessl, I will return.Flag ThisLike0 -

I have been using Craig's Auto Electric & AC for 17 years. Craig's honesty, knowledge, workmanship/diognostics, and fair prices are hard to find anywhere else. Most and above all is his honesty and knowledge,as you will never be lead astray on what is truly wrong or needing to be done. Just yesterday 12/15/11 I took my Explore into him thinking I needed new brakes and rotors,also thinking I may need a clean cabin filter after being told that by a national company. Well it does not have a cabin filter on my model and I still had 25% to 35% on my brake pads. This is the way Craig honesty and knowledge is always presented to anyone that uses him for their Auto repair needs.

5 star quality cannot begin to describe what I experienced with the treatment at Craigs Auto. They put me first and I felt treated as a fellow person in need and not just another opportunity for work.
They fixed my car quickly and took care of the check engine light as soon as they possibly could (which was very speedy.) I took my car into a dealership and they were going to charge me an extra $300 dollars and it was not guaranteed that I would get my vehicle back within a week. Craigs Auto had my car back the next day. The owner personally told me he would fit my car into his schedule no matter what it took and I feel they are a God-send. They all had great things to say; but, a common thread ran through our conversations. That commonality was that Craig is extremely knowledgeable of auto mechanics and electronics and is well versed with so many models and types of cars. His attention to our cars have saved my family and friends many dollars over the years. Bottom line, he's a very talented electrical and mechanical technician.

Craig has been our mechanic for all of our vehicles for over 20 years, working on American and Japanese models alike. He is supremely honest and fair. When he sees one of our cars for either a repair or maintenance, he always tells us what will need to be done next and an approximate cost. Amazingly, he has NEVER been wrong! We can't imagine going to anyone else, and we always recommend him whenever we can. An honest and skilled person is a treasure.

If you live in the Arlington or Fort Worth area, I highly recommend Craig for any service work you may need. I have used Craig and his staff for over 21 years to service my entire family fleet of used cars (Ford, GMC, Honda, Toyota, Jeep, GM, Cadilac, Dodge). He has always been very fair and honest in what needs to be repaired. I choose to drive older cars. They must have continued maintenance. Was very impressed with their work and level of customer service. He seemed kind of surprised when I called to schedule an appt "How did you find me?" he asked. My husband has been going to Craig for 8 years. I never felt like he was trying to push me into getting work done I didn't need. You can tell he enjoys working on cars and is not a greedy mechanic. I had a lot of work done to my car and couldn't be happier. Will be using him from now on. I can see why people stick with him for so long.

I am a first time customer and was quite satisfied with Craig's prompt and reasonable service. He noticed a second problem with my daughter's older car and could have easily charged me $400 dollars for the additional repair , but stated with the limited driving of the car the repair could safely wait.I learnd of Craig through a recommendation of another trusted mechanic( John at Battery Center Inc.)which is always a plus to be recommended by a colleague.

Craig;s Auto did a superior job of analysing the problem (a defective fuel pump) and making the necessary replcement/repair of the part plus other associated repairs/replacements. The work was completely satisfactory, the cost was reasonable, the personal relationship was courteous. Craig's has performed other repairs to my two cars and I have always been very satisfied with the work.

I have been going to Craig for 10 years, with my vehicle and my family's vehicles. Craig and his staff are HONEST, dependable, friendly & very knowledgeable about the vehicle. They don't fix something if its not broke!
His honesty and knowledge is what keeps me going back, I can't compare his rates, but he has always been reasonable & he hasn't broke me yet!
I hope he doesnt retire before I have to stop driving!

I have been a customer of Craig's since 1998. He is the best auto mechanic I have ever dealt with. He will only do the repairs on your car that are necessary and at a fair price. He does not try to rip you off like many of the Dealers in our area that want to replace things that don't need replacing. I have recommended Craig's to all my friends and they all agree with me that he has the best auto repair shop in our area.

Craig's is a Blessing to me because I know I take take my truck there it will be fixed - fixed right - and done at a fair price. Craig has serviced my Lexus and an older Chevy for many years. If he does not have the answer immediately, he is tech savy and will find the answer quickly. He is honest and dependable. The quality of service cannot be beat! The shop is located out of the high rent area and the price has always been more than fair.
