Cracked or blown head gasket? on 2001 Chrysler Sebring

Just replaced water pump, timing belts, thermostat, sparkplugs, heater core hoses. Did a cooling system flush and still the car runs a little hot. Also, no heat works in the car at all. Could the trouble be a cracked or blown head gasket?

Sounds like it's low on coolant, or there is an air pocket in the block. Fill up the fluid if it's low, and try to bleed the cooling system if you think there's an air pocket.
