Cracked exhaust manifold on 2003 Honda Civic

I would like to know if anyone knows a good mechanic who can fix my exhaust manifold in Voorhees/Cherry Hill, New Jersey area. I have 180,000 miles and really don't want to spend a lot of money. Honda Dealership wants $1100.

I see that Napa has their own brand http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/CatalogItemDetail.aspx?A=BK_6003527_0359564923&An=599001+102003+50032+2032006+4032013+5999999&Ar=AND%28P_RecType%3aA%29 www.napaonline.com Make sure the counter person at the store confirms this before ordering (one hour in labor to replace this)

I heard about a recall on exhaust manifolds due to cracking problems in honda civics... does the 99 honda civic lx 4d sedan qualify as one of those that was recalled?
Pulled head. Head gasket looks ok. Head/block mating surfaces good. Head has slight warp -about .004 inch on exhaust manifold side. Could problem be related to intake manifold.
I was told I had an exhaust leak and needed a new manifold. Is this a common problem for Honda Civic's?
