    I have always found my experience with CPM to be outstanding. They explain what they are doing, make suggestions and offer solutions. For example, I asked for the cabin air filter to be changed and they checked it and said it did not need to be changed. That is the integrity I look for in a business! Their waiting room is always neat and the restroom is clean.

    working with Jose and all the employees of CPM is always a pleasure. Honest work is done. I always feel safe driving my car and allowing my kids to drive in them. There is never any pressure to have repairs done that are unneccesary.

    I thought the master cylinder had failed, causing my brakes to have no stopping power. The mechanics at CPM found that several brake lines
    were leaking, and after replacing them, refilling the brake fluid and bleeding the system, the brakes worked fine. The master cylinder was
    OK. In addition, they checked the oil in the crankcase, noted it was down, and added oil to bring it up to the proper level. They did this as
    standard practice to insure that cars are good to go when they leave.
    Since I discovered CPM, it's the only place my car goes for service. They are a superior organization.
